Wonderful Spring Break Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbourside! The unit was clean and comfortable (except the couch was not very comfortable!) and in a great location. We spent most of our time on the balcony. We appreciated the communication leading up to our trip. The waterpark was so fun. Would highly recommend a stay here!

KY Snowbirds give it Ten Stars - EXCELLENT!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. We were expecting a few let downs with the back-to-back hurricanes, but this property, IRB and everything in between did not disappoint! Check-in and out instructions were thorough and clear, no issues. The beach toys and equipment was a plus, although we didn't use them. The condo was clean, tidy, well organized and the views were amazing. The sunset view from the 7th floor roof-top balcony was the icing on the cake. The beach is a quick 2-minute walk. Not crowded, friendly locals, soft sand, beautiful shells to collect. The trolley stopped one block away from the condo and for 2 we were able to venture to Clearwater and St. Pete's easily. CVS was right there for all your essentials, including wines and beer. Pipo & Betty's was our first stop every morning for coffee/tea and delicious pastries before we walked the beach. Crabby Bill's gator bites and fried grouper, Chef's kiss. I could go on and on about this amazing experience, but we plan to return with our little kids for the water park when it's warmer. The area is fantastic and you really don't need a car.Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo and escape the 17 degree weather in KY!

We love the condo complex, this was our second stay. We were much happier with the first condo, there were a few issues with this one but the property manager was great.

Beautiful Condo

Condo was as described with plenty of room for 6. It was convenient to everything - beach, restaurants and water park. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Our family would definitely stay again.

Unit needs updating

Location's great for children, our granddaughter loved the waterpark! The building is old, the elevator is very old. The unit needs major updating! 80s furniture, arms of the couch was threadbare! No shampoo in the bathroom, basic supplies should have been provided! dark brown towels in the bathroom, makes you wonder if they are clean. Also, the instruction to check in and checkout was too long!

Family Getaway

Our Grandkids enjoyed both the beach and the water park. They were happy to hear that their flight back home was canceled so they could spend another day. Management was very helpful in getting us a different room for our on expected stay.

Family spring break

The condo was just as it said and the view of the bay is always breathtaking and we were able to see the dolphins swimming. This is a great place to stay especially with littles. If you enjoy the beach there are even beach accessories to use. Everything was clean and worked just as described. Definitely anticipate a trip back!

Pleasantly Surprised

First visit to this side of Florida with the family (husband, and 2 kids under 5 yo). They enjoyed the water park (even though the water wasn't as warm as we anticipated). It was super easy to access. The beach wagon, chairs, and toys were also another great bonus and the proximity to the beach! We enjoyed looking out at the views of the waterway and the boats below, and the condo had everything we needed for a long fun- fulled long weekend. The elevator was a tad slow, couch a little stiff and you had to bring toiletries, otherwise still highly recommend and would return! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved the location and accessibility

Many great things about this condo. The location is amazing! It is near the beach, lots of great restaurants, and a very safe area. We were on the 7th floor and loved the view from the balcony. We did see dolphins and many boats going up and down the intercoastal. We had no trouble with the elevator and everyone was very friendly. The only negative was the furniture in the living room. It was not comfortable and seemed somewhat worn. That being said we did use it anyway. The furniture on the balcony was very nice. We have been in this area several times, and will continue to come back. We had a wonderful time!!
