Please note:
- Any bookings until April 1 WE charge heated pool fee 25$ per night (if the guest chooses to have the pool heated).
-Pets welcome for additional fees (please clean after your pets)
-No loud noise past 10PM!! (Please be respectful of neighbors)
-Smoking not permitted in the home, dispose of buds in designed areas outside ($400 cleaning fee will apply to anyone smoking in the house)
-No refunds for early check out
-For everyone’s safety, only confirmed guests allowed (unless approved by owner) if you arrive with unregistered guess, I will regretfully turn you away w/ no refund or accordance with AirbandB protocol
-Do not tamper with outside camera (if tampered with, reservation will be canceled without refund)
-The home is privately owned: Host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illness to any guest that arises while on premises
-Not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest
-By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (and their company) are expressing the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises
-No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, no diving on pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
-As outages are outside of a hosts control, No refund will be granted for appliances, TV, air-conditioner, water, signal or internet outage/loss
-No use shall be made thereof which is improper, noisy, unlawful, or contrary to the state of Florida laws & ordinances, or of local town
