You'll be just over the Pinellas Bayway Bridge, less than two miles from St. Pete Beach and the iconic Don CeSar hotel. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment spots abound nearby and you'll also be just a short drive from Downtown St. Petersburg.



The private patio offers a scenic spot for morning coffee or 19th-hole cocktails and also includes an electric grill for home barbecues. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances you'll need for home cooking. Plush sofas and a smart TV a ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Additional perks include free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.



Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the required background check. Once the background check has been submitted and approved, the HOA also requires a separate application to be completed.
