July Family Vacation

Very clean and nice accommodations. Convenient to have all of the household items upon check in including hand soap, cleaning supplies, basic cooking supplies and beach towels/chairs. Enjoyed the firework display put on by a large family in front of the condo.

Spring Getaway

Plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets & of course the beach. We went to spring training baseball games, hired a fishing charter and still found plenty of time to relax in this beautiful unit.

Perfect place for a beach stay!

Great property for a family beach stay. - stocked kitchen - shaded patio after a day in the sun - full size washer and dryer - beach lounger included (great home base) - walkable restaurants - no need for a rental car if you’re in for a short stay Would recommend and stay again!

Great Location

This is probably by far the best beach rental our family has ever stayed in. Location is amazing, right off the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The place was very clean with all of the necessities you need. Kitchen is very well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Madeira Beach

Fantastic condo, great hosts, very clean & comfortable. We appreciated all the little things you included in the condo and the outdoor chair and umbrella were quite a bonus and the envy of other condo renters in the building! There is construction going on all around Madeira Beach including on the beachfront properties, but this has to be expected as they are all trying to get up and running as fast as they can. It was only during the day and during the working week so it didn’t bother us. The beach was beautiful.

Amazing spot!!

This condo met all of our expectations and hopes for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, floats, beach towels, and extra blankets. The view alley me to keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The provided beach loungers and umbrella made the week so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back again.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing and wonderful stay at the beach. First floor location is very convenient to the pool and the beach. The included umbrella and loungers were perfect. The condo has a full kitchen with utensils, plates, and cookware. You never have to leave the premises if you don't want to! We will be back.

Wonderful-Gulf Side!

This was our first stay at "Our Happy Place". The owners communicated with us prior to arrival and checked in during our stay. They clearly care about the renter's experience. We were surprised how spacious the condo was. We would definitely recommend staying here, the condo is well kept, clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach; the kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to cook a meal. The beach is beautiful, and just a short walk from the condo. We loved our view from the balcony. The king bed was comfy and we slept well. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Great location, great host, clean condo close to restaurants and sight seeing activities and soclose to the beautiful beach! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!and checked in during our stay.

Friends getaway

We rented this for a getaway with our best friends. We were able to relax and enjoy the whole week. Weather abd views were absolutely perfect. The condo was perfect with so many extras and thoughtfulness that made ut so much more. The games were great fun in the evening. I absolutely loved the stay and the hosts were amazing. Even checked in midweek to make sure all was well. We would love to stay here again

Wonderful Labor Day weekend getaway!

The area is not crowded, within walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. The beach is beautiful, close to the water. The unit is big and spacious, updated and has absolutely everything you would need. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. Wonderful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our New Happy Place!

This is the best condo we’ve ever stayed in. We’ve stayed in a few in the area and none of them come close to this one. The owners have done a phenomenal job. It’s clean, well decorated, and has anything you could ever need. They have even rented an umbrella and lounge chairs on the beach. It made for an exceptional stay. We were so appreciative of all the little extra details that made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend this condo. Thanks so much for sharing your happy place with us! The Happy Place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The hosts truly look after the guests to make this a Happy Place while you're on vacation.The amenities are unbelievable, too many to mention. They honestly think of everything. They even have rain ponchos in case of inclement weather. The location is awesome. The pool is kept very clean. The beach is beautiful. There are great restaurants close by. We hated to leave! Many thanks to the hosts for making this a Happy Place to visit.

Wonderful location

Owners are very responsive . Elevator was broken almost our entire stay (not the owner’s fault) I was very thankful to be on the first floor lol. The elevator maintenance ppl were there promptly when it was reported broken, but I think they were waiting on a part . Beds are comfy- my kids loved them . Balcony -view was nice - saw baby dolphins . Manatee swam by me in the ocean . Overall great location. Close to many restaurants- walking distance

Beautiful condo

This was our second year staying in this condo . Last year brought friends this year brought family. The grandkids loved every second of it! The balcony overlooking the pool and the beach and the unit being on the first floor was exactly what we love! Very spacious and clean and updated with a beachy theme. Stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. All you need to buy is food. We went on the pirate ship ride at John’s pass which I highly recommend for little kids, miniature golf down the road, restaurants close by, and Disney about a 2 hr drive. We hope to be back again next year! Thank you Maureen, Walter, Marian and Chris!

Beach Vacation

Our condo was outstanding! It was very clean and had everything one needs, From spices to use in kitchen to toys to use down at the beach. You only need your food and clothes. The two beach loungers and umbrella made our week even better. Both my wife and I have mobility issues and we would have problems getting up from sitting on the sand or low beach chairs. Communication between the property manager and us was very impressive; I’m talking a minute or two to respond to any questions we had. They even texted us a couple times during the week to see if we needed anything. Thank you Marian for checking on us. Thank you Walter and Maureen for allowing us to use your beautiful condo.

Amazing vacation!

This property was beautiful! My husband and I and our daughters 13,11,11 stayed at the end of July and had such a nice time. Having the 2 beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful and made going to the beach easy not having to lug everything. We enjoyed exploring Madeira, St.Pete and Treasure Island. Jet skied at Johns Pass, mini golfed, went to a Rays game, and had great dinners at restaurants on the beach as well. Our favorite excursion was with St. Pete Coastal Cruises. The island sunset and skyway light show. Amazing!! Thanks Maureen for sharing your home with us. One thing that can use a little TLC are the shower heads and handles. Thanks!

Love this Condo!!

From the moment we walked in we were in awe of how spacious, beautifully decorated & clean this condo was! The location can’t be beat - beach view & close proximity to the pool. It was wonderful to wake up every morning with that breathtaking view of the turquoise water & white sand beach. And the sunsets - wow!! We visited in May & the ocean water was ideal for swimming & snorkeling - calm & warm. The pool was the perfect temperature as well & we spent a lot of time there! The grounds were clean & well maintained. This was the most relaxing vacation I’ve ever been on - even traveling with small children. They were well entertained by both the pool & beach. We made many sand castles with that luxurious fine, white sand! When they say pack light, they mean it. This condo has everything you need & more. Much thought & love was put into this condo & we appreciated it very much. We would definitely stay again!
