New Ownership! Family owned and operated beachfront 1-bedroom condo in Indian Shores offers clean and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests. Enjoy the fresh new mattresses, pillows, linens, towels, and living room furniture as of September 2025. The bedroom features two queen beds, and a large closet (big enough for a pack n play) stocked with beach toys and chairs. The full bathroom features a shower/tub combination. The spacious living room includes two new leather sofas, TV, and a new queen murphy bed. Step out onto the private 16-foot balcony to witness unobstructed views of breathtaking sunsets and dolphin sightings. The property also boasts a heated Gulf front pool and patio with outdoor shower, loungers in both sun and shade, and a community gas grill for your enjoyment, with direct access to the sugar-white sand beach. This condo is perfect for couples and families looking for a peaceful retreat. You'll also be steps away from excellent dining options, such as Salt Rock Grill, and across the street from Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf. Experience the quiet beauty of the Gulf Coast from this ideal location. We look forward to hosting you!

CONSTRUCTION STATUS: Building is undergoing renovations until January 2026. Building Construction work typically occurs on Weekdays from ~8 AM-5 PM. Rates have been significantly discounted due to noise and pool closures. We’d still love to host you!

Pool is CLOSED. However guests can use the neighboring building's pool (2 buildings south) prior to this date. See picture for location.
