Island Vibes House offered by Beach Time Rentals

As you step into this spacious beach retreat, you'll feel instantly at home as this living space is decorated with soothing beach colors and unique works of coastal-themed art throughout.

The home has been totally updated! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and seating for 4 guests.

The living room is beautifully decorated with a coastal theme and features a sofa and accent chair and Smart TV.

Right outside the living room is a porch with seating for everyone where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Each bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV and share a full bathroom featuring a shower.

The location is steps from the sand, a short walk to restaurants like Frenchy's, Palm Pavilion, ClearSky and many more.

You are also close to bars, shops and outdoor water experiences. This house is in front of a cottage that can be rented separately or together. Each has a private entrance and the only thing that’s shared is the laundry room.

*VERY IMPORTANT: There is no parking at this property. The area in front of the house is city easement first come/first serve. Only 1 vehicle will fit, we cannot guarantee or hold parking there. There is also paid parking on the street.

* These properties are ideally for adults as the location can get very busy, however we have had many families stay here with no problem.

* This property allows 1 pet - if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Great Location!

We had an excellent experience staying here! The place was spotless and very well-maintained. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, but still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative, which made the whole process super easy. Great Cottage/Great Location

This is a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The unit very comfortable, clean and exactly as advertised. What was just as important was the customer service we received. We are all too quick to criticize when things go wrong and too slow to recognize when somebody goes above and beyond. The customer service we received was OUTSTANDING in every respect. We can't give enough kudos to Julian who was right there to make sure everything any issue was taken care of immediately and way beyond our expectations. Way over the top. We will stay there again when we visit Clearwater Beach.

My stay at beach vibes

The communication with everyone involved was great. No problems with anything. Location was great. We were lucky to have a place to park. Might have been a problem if rental behind had been occupied. There definitely isn't room for two cars. But it worked out for me.

The rental was very nice had everything you need if you forgot anything! Great environment for the family and we loved the beach access was feet away! The manager MONA was amazing and had recommended some great local restaurants and shops that ended up amazing as well! Great place and we will b returning!

Great Location & A Stone Throw from The Beach!

We had a great stay. Ended up seeing the Hulkster at his “hangout”, ate at some really nice restaurants/bars. Beach was great and it’s right at the end of the street. If you can get the parking spot against the front of the house you are good but I wouldn’t move it because it will be taken and parking full time on the same street will cost you$. My car stayed there the whole vacation and I honestly didn’t need it because everything is easily walkable. Would stay again! I will say that I just saw that it was “dog friendly” on VRBO and didn’t notice anything about further charges however I ended up shelling out a $500 refundable (which I was returned) and $150 per mini goldendoodle (x2).. I could have very well missed that somewhere in the fine print but, I think it could have been more clear. Overall 5 stars on the review and would stay again.

Beach getaway

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this beach rental! You cannot beat the location. The house was extremely clean. Mona was an amazing host and had great communication throughout the entire stay! I will definitely be staying here again.

Island Vibes Review

This property was perfect for our group. It was myself, husband, 15 year old daughter and her friend. We had a car, but if you plan to stay on the island, you wouldn't even need one. We were in walking distance to the beach and downtown businesses. The bar/grill next door was a great low-key hangout for my Husband an me. The front porch of the condo was a perfect place for coffee in the morning. I would definitely stay at this property again. It was cute, clean and the service was top-notch.

Property description was accurate. Had plenty of beach towels for all of us to use. We couldn’t find the washer and dryer, but we also didn’t need it. Property was updated beautifully and clean. There is some wood rot on the patio walls and bottom of the bathroom door, and the bedroom fans had some dust buildup, but that’s it. The unit overall felt clean and well taken care of. The management company is very responsive and emails regularly prior to the stay. You have a call with them 3 days prior to check in which was helpful for us to ask any and all questions. Property located feet away from a bar and gas station. While it wasn’t a problem for us (ages 26-37) I can see that if you’re expecting peace and quiet you may not get it. The bar is open till 1am so just be aware. It wasn’t that loud, you would sometimes hear a little bass from their music, but nothing that bothered us. My major cons with the property were the squeaky beds (squeaked even when just pulling the covers up higher), the condition of the beach rental equipment from the company they recommend (moldy, food stains, and mildew smells on everything), and the requirement that the AC cannot go down below 72 degrees or it will burn out the AC unit. That house sleeps HOT. Yes they had fans, but people like me (if you’ve had lasik) sleeping with fans is almost impossible. Location is fantastic and we LOVED our stay! Walkability to other restaurants and shops of Clearwater Beach was perfect. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway

We had an absolute wonderful stay at the island vibes house. Everything was just as presented in the house description. The house was very clean and inviting, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals (we done minimal cooking because we chose to enjoy all the delicious restaurants and local foods), the front porch was the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning reading while sipping a morning mimosa. Location was perfect, 135 steps from the porch to the sand. We are already planning our next trip to Clearwater and will definitely stay at the island vibes home again.

Adorable rental

We loved the property, it was clean and well stocked. Nothing was wrong with the actual property, but the location is not wonderful. We almost cut our 40th birthday celebration early due to the bar next door. The house for 3 days straight smelled of Marijuana so bad i thought we would get charged for smoking in the rental. It was constant and suffocating. When we got home all of our belongings stunk, I was disgusted. As a smoker I cant sit on the property and smoke outside but had to smell people getting high all day & night. This is not for the sober or people who dont want a contact high. No reason to clean the unit because it stinks so badly anyhow

Cute bungalow

The place was clean and very well stocked. The manager was great to work with. We enjoyed sitiing on the patio drinking coffee and looking at the beach. The downfall was having to go to the bedroom to reset the router for the tv numerous times each evening. Also the water pressure for the bathroom sink was bad, just a slow stream.

Nice Vacation

The property was very cute, well decorated and comfortable. The listing phots are very deceiving as the cottage is very small, especially the bathroom. The kitchen had an ant infestation. Short walk to the beach and downtown area. Parking is a nightmare. Check in and out process was very easy, property manager was very helpful and quick to respond.
