The entire cottage is yours with nothing shared and the parking is on the side of the Cottage.
Other things to note
Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. Parking is in the back of the cottage, by the beach trail. Please DO NOT park in the front.

When you return from the beach, please just rinse off sand in the outdoor hose sprayer on the side of the Cottage.
