Quick trip to St. Pete/Clearwater area

Check in was easy, clean small unit. Quiet. Floor was dirty though. We only stayed one night and was good for what we needed.

Small but good

The pool area was very nice, easy walk to the beautiful beach, shake shop right across the street and convenience store right across the street were definite perks! The trolley up and down the beaches was super convenient and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows, which is a bonus for me! Full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig available. The one and only thing I did not like is that we were asked to take our trash to the dumpster in the alley before leaving. My daughter and I left at 5:30 a.m., and I did not feel safe doing so. Just a small adjustment that could be made by cleaning staff to increase safety for guests. We had a great stay, thank you!

Cozy and close to everything

We absolutely love this property. This is our second time staying and we’ve been very happy both times. The property is about 30 minutes from the airport. We have never needed to rent a car to stay here. It is an easy walk to Johns Pass where there is tons of restaurants and shopping. It’s also directly across from a gorgeous beach and a great little icecream shop. The pool is always nice and warm (even though it was 60 out we were still able to enjoy the pool for a little bit because it’s nice and warm). We stayed in two seperate rooms this trip because we added a day. They do a good job cleaning and everything you could need for a kitchen is included, even some spices and oils that I’m assuming get left by previous guests which is great if you want to cook. The only think I will say is that Room #4 has MUCH more comfortable beds and pillows than room #7. We were very excited for how comfortable the beds and pillows were and then we moved rooms and they were much different. Also our rooms were very damp and humid but they weren’t like that last time we visited so it could just be because of the season. Overall this is our favorite place to stay in the area and we’ve never had ANY problems with bugs which is a major thing for me when staying somewhere. The hosts and workers were sooo friendly and helpful with everything! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. Our studio room was clean and and cute. My daughter LOVED the pool it was a nice area to relax after a long day at the beach. Will definitely stay again :)

Terribly disappointing — left and went somewhere else

The check in process was very easy. We arrived at 1:00 am, and there was no parking available, so I was left to park either across the street at a gas station, or, park in the handicap spot. I chose the latter for safety. Unit 1 is tucked way back into the corner of the building, immediately across from the laundry room. No view whatsoever from the room. Upon entering the room, we were hit by a musty, humid smell despite the VERY loud a/c running. We set our stuff down, and my daughter sat on the twin bed and was startled at how rock hard it was. (I’m not exaggerating! Might as well sleep on the floor!) We did not expect the ONLY windows to be windows that overlook the parking lot….which means we would have to keep the blinds closed for any sort of privacy. The blinds have a distinct gap between each panel, and despite careful adjusting, we could not close the gap which left us exposed to anyone outside. Shortly after we were discovering these delightful disappointments (#sarcasm), the pipes that come through the unit’s ceiling started emitting loud sounds of water rushing. This loud sound 1– contribute to the unit feeling like a basement and 2–was random but frequent. About 2:00 a.m., the people upstairs arrived home and either began River dancing, or, doing jumping jacks. Either way, their movements were so loud, it was as if there were no barrier between us. By 2:30 a.m., I was emailing the property host with my dismay regarding the property. My daughter was in tears because between the LOUD a/c (only shut off for about 90 seconds at a time, only to come roaring to life again), the loud pipes, the dancing neighbors upstairs, the rank smell, the hard bed—there was no chance of sleep for us. By 3:00 a.m. I knew we couldn’t stay there anymore, so I booked a room at the Marriott across the street for our remaining time (highly recommend the Marriott!!). I had been messaging the host, knowing that I would not receive a reply at 3:00 a.m., but I wanted her to know that this property was NOT as described or pictured on the VRBO site. I expected to pay for the night stay and get a refund for the remaining nights. Oh, how silly of me. The property host refused to acknowledge any of the issues, refused to refund, and then refused to communicate with me anymore, directing me to VRBO. So, the property host had my money in hand. They still have my money for my 6 unused nights. And silence from VRBO as well. Do not stay here.

Was great sitting by the pool. It was clean and quite. Great location near the beach and not far from all the restaurants over the draw bridge. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great time!

This stay was very enjoyable! We were in a perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted. The accommodations were very cute and cozy. The floors were not the cleanest and could have been mopped before we came, that truly is the only complaint we had, everything else was fantastic!

Petite place sympathique

J'ai bien aimé la piscine, la proximité avec la plage, le BBQ et le stock de plage prêté. Mais la chambre est petite, mal aérée, il n'a pas tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, seulement le minimum et encore. Un des matelas était vraiment mou et inconfortable. Il n'a aucun accueil ou contact avec le gestionnaire et le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait durant le séjour. Bon rapport qualité prix malgré tout. Parfait pour un court séjour.

Update something

It was an enjoyable stay I guess I would say that you say two beds you should say one full bed and one twin bed and I would just take the dishes out and just have the microwave the coffee pot can stay washing dishes in a bathroom is unsanitized we're on your side also instead of all the bar stools I would have a nice cheer if you have a elderly person that they can sit in instead of sitting on the bed just a minor suggestions

Ideal location!

Beautiful and clean property. Very quiet and comfortable, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach across the street. The pool was also great to have! We’d definitely stay here again.

ADORABLE place.. fantastic location.

Super cute older efficiency they remodeled into adorable rooms I don't know how they combined modern farmhouse with beach retreat but they did it nicely. Amenities galore. Iron ? Check. Wine opener? Check. The room was lovely. My only complaint was the bedding. Polyester sheets and duvets in Florida are terrible ..especially for menopausal women. Beautiful room styling and modern touches are terrific, You can have the cutest hotel on the strip but if your matress is uncomfortable and the bedding is cheap.....just something to think about. Maybe it was just our unit. Other than that..it's was lovely.
