#103 Beach Place Condos - Nightly Rental

Beach Place #103 - Right across from the John’s Pass View, view the activity of boats, dolphins, fish, bridge going up and down, large boats passing under the bridge. All the lights at night on John’s Pass are spectacular. Very large 2 bedroom unit with 2 queens in one bedroom and king and futon bed in the master. Sleeps 8. This unit allows one night stays and has one parking spot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Enjoy the big screen TV in the living room, enjoy the beautiful large front porch that overlooks the bridge of John’s pass. All rooms have TVs. There are 2 full bathrooms, with tub and shower in both.

This unit was updated with paint, flooring, granite countertops, new cabinets facings, new microwave, new furnishings, including new memory foam beds for great sleep.

This unit has one assigned parking space.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.

At 103 Beach Place, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. Just across the street, is popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
