"The bed in the suite felt like sleeping on concrete. The hotel could use some updating to the carpet, the walls looked poorly refinished. I chose the Renaissance Inn due to experiences with previous stays where the beds make you want to go back to sleep and just stay in room. I definitely won’t be booking this one on my next visit."

"The only convenience of this hotel is the location to the Legacy Area. Everything else is basic. Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. This was annoying because I don’t want to go to a hotel and sleep in a bed smaller than the one I have at home. Also my spouse is 6”6. I was told to talk to a manager at check-out and that I would be “taken care of.” I didn’t cause a stink because we had reservations and it was already late. On our side of the hotel only 1 out of 3 elevators were working so it took forever to get up to our room since people were stopping on every floor trying to get to another. Overall our room was fine but it was dingy. We had drinks at the hotel bar, those were good. We got food at the hotel bar and literally had to pick the meat off because it had so hard. When I checked out, I asked to speak to a manager and explained the room issue. The lady said, “ I might have something for you on my desk.” She came back a few minutes later with nothing and then said all she could do is sign me up for rewards and give me some rewards. I gave her my phone number and email and have yet to receive anything to set that up. I also explained that I use Expedia due to the rewards that Amex has to offer."

"Our room appearance was nice and as pictured. The location was good, and it was easy to check in and use the facility, and the parking was easily accessible and free. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was that the staff seemed to be nowhere on site. We had a problem with the bathroom door not closing and we were told they were sorry for the inconvenience, but no effort to remedy the situation was taken. The checkout time was very early at 10:00 and extension to 11:00 was only given with a $30 fee so we declined and left by 9:30. There were no drinking glasses in the room, so you needed to grab those from the coffee area in the main hallway if needed. I would stay there again if there was better communication with staff to accommodate needs. It appears they are expanding, so maybe more amenities and a more full time staff will be coming in the future. Definitely a good price and a cute vibe. We just unfortunately encountered a small problem that was not rectified to our satisfaction."

"Everything for this property was as promised. It was convenient to get to work and food delivery services had no problem finding the address. Although the kitchen was fulling equipped! We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely book again when we are in town."
