Person who took care at the over night time
I was asked about late check out for next day
The staff just woke up , she looks like don’t want to take care about me
She said there is no late check out
After that just gone back to sleep
While i am standing in front of reception desk
I have been to this resort several years before
I already know they have a late check out after pay
So next day when i ask the lake check out
They said yes !
It was horrible experience in there
Please don’t hire that lady
She is disgusted customer service

Beautiful unit and spacious. Modern, luxurious and clean. Proactive communication as our initial unit had water flooding. They reached out to us and made all arrangement to another unit. Everything was explained and coordinated well. Excellent stay so far.
