I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay. The room was poorly maintained, featuring filthy floors, dated walls, and a broken window, a stained couch, and a TV from the early 2000s that barely worked. Most alarmingly, the lack of a functioning in-room phone left me unable to seek assistance during a medical emergency involving a severe injury on the slopes. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking; instead of requested pillows (3 times), I was provided with extra sheets to be used as pillow, and the bathroom design was fundamentally flawed, with the door striking the sink. While the restaurant food and staff were pleasant, they do not compensate for the unsafe and unsanitary conditions of the room.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+++++ I had an excellent five-star stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is a very convenient place. It is near the bus stop from the train station and restaurants. There are some stores nearby, such as Lidl and Coop. I would recommend it to your family or friends.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich / modern eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Hotel ist in Seenähe gelegen. Im Hoteleigenen Restaurant isst man sehr gute Pizzas. Das Frühstück war etwas lieblos - als wir um 08:45 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen war das Buffet fast leer - erst nach längerer Zeit wurde wieder begonnen aufzufüllen. Die meisten Mitarbeiten sprechen nur Italienisch und Englisch - lediglich ein paar konnten etwas Deutsch.

La chambre est petite est très sombre, si on ouvre les rideaux pour récupérer un peu de lumière le vis à vis est très important. De plus la femme à la réception lors du Check out était très froide et non souriante, on ressentait qu elle n avait aucune envie de nous renseigner. L accès direct au restaurant est un avantage, les pizza sont bonnes mais a 30 euros

I stayed with family for just one night in February 2025. I was ok for a night, but had a very weird entrance, smelly lounge and corridors. The room was ok, brand new, no issues. Having said that pillows were a joke, it looked like new born ones, terrible to sleep on. Breakfast was pretty decent tho. It was a bit pricey for what they've offered. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was the last resort.

Our experience was tainted for 2 significant reasons: 1. There is no overnight staff, and they close the lobby. As I was jet lagged and up at 3am, the only space I could be in without disturbing my family was in a chair outside the elevator. 2. There was a massively loud party that started at 11pm one of the nights. As it woke all of us up, I called the front desk (who hadn’t closed up yet). They told me that it was from a private residence, and they had no control over it. However I Googled it there were noise ordinances in St Moritz, and the search said there were. I was expecting the front desk to call the police, but instead we had to endure thumping bass for 3 hours.

Uncomfortable stay at Hotel Piz

While the bed was comfortable, for some reason this place had uncomfortable sheets (not cotton) so you constantly were getting hot in bed and couldnt sleep. A simple thing like linen to spoil the trip. The room was also run down, the skirting board was falling apart.

Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel.

This property IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. PLEASE READ. Our room was a double room. Our balconies were completely obstructed by scaffolding and construction wrap. Workers started making noise at 7:00 am. Smoking and talking outside the balcony. One worker tried to open the door and said they were sorry didn’t know we were in the room. The door handle was broke to our room. Our children’s shade would not close to the balcony. All they had were curtains. When we mentioned our concerns all they said was sorry and that they would tell the manager. DO NOT STAY HERE.
