「I only stayed for one night but will definitely be returning to this hotel. A beautiful building in a fabulous location, 10 minutes walk from North Greenwich tube and the O2. Everything about my stay was perfect, from the friendly, efficient check-in, to the plentiful and prompt elevators, the beautiful, well appointed and comfortable room with an amazing view… I could not fault a single thing. Room service and breakfast were excellent and check out was just as fast and professional as check-in....

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.

"If you don’t take the wrong exit at Aldgate East, it’s a 5-minute walk, so it’s convenient. However, the area didn’t feel very safe. I trusted the Hyatt brand when making the reservation, but the hotel was smaller than I expected. The room was clean, but I could hear noise from the hallway. At check-in, they gave me a room on the top floor, which was a nice touch of consideration."
