I called this hotel and spoke with a lady who I informed I wouldn’t be staying at there hotel, due to work related schedule conflicts. The hotel still charged my card, even though did not stay one night.
A courtesy call would of been excellent. Hotel’s cannot be that tight on cash, that they they have to obtain revenue by such means. I work for Spectrum, and I book rooms for 10-15 employees. I guess Drury Hotels will take it’s place.
