Stay in the heart of Downtown St. Louis at this stylish and spacious 3-bed, 2-bath loft on Washington Ave! With exposed brick, high ceilings, and modern comforts, this loft is perfect for groups, families, and business travelers looking for a prime location with urban charm.

★ Bedroom 2: Queen bed & walk-in closet
★ 2 Bathrooms: Master ensuite + hallway bathroom
★ Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, cookware & dishware
★ Living Room: Relax on cozy sofas, enjoy the flat-screen TV & queen bed off the living room.
★ Dining: 2 dining tables with 4 chairs each & 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar

Other Details

★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per dog
- Long Term Guests (stays over 28 nights): $150 per dog
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $80 for the year 2025

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays less than 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed

★ CAMERAS: The apartment building has security cameras on the exterior (facing the front door of the building), interior hallways (facing down each hallway) , WIFI unit door locks have cameras and these cameras record 24/7

Top notch

We had a great stay while we were in St Louis coaching a national volleyball tournament. Very clean and safe with tons of places to eat and lots of entertainment. The apartment was very cool with an art gallery industrial feel. We would definitely stay again.
