Prime Loft of Main Street

Historic loft centrally located along the St. Charles riverfront, on the north end of Main Street and just south of Frenchtown. Enjoy Frontier Park, shops, restaurants, and night scene - all within walking distance.

The newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom apartment can easily accommodate groups of six. The completely updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. Convenient in-house washer and dryer available for extended stays

Note to guest:
1) No visitors allowed unless discussed with owner.

2) $15 extra guest fee after 4 guests

3) Air conditioner minimum temperature is 72 Fahrenheit. All units have new air conditioners. But the red brick walls have no insulation and during the hot weather if the air conditioner is pushed too hard, it will create blocks of ice inside it then quit working until the ice melts. This problem only happens if temperatures are set below 70 F, so we limit it to 72 F.

4) We are above a coffee shop, so there is potential for noise.

Getaway with my sister

We have stayed at this loft the past 3 years. My sister and I love to stay here when we spend the weekend on our annual shopping trip to St. Charles. Gloria is a great host with a great location.

This is a fantastic little place located right on Main St of historic St Charles. Great location that is walking distance from shops, bars, and restaurants. Very clean and the owners were great!

Great location

This property is in a great location on beautiful Main St. It also is next to a coffee shop. The bed in the master bedroom was smaller than we expected but that wouldn't stop us from staying here again. Gloria responded quickly to all our communications and was a great host!

Nice short stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice easy location to walk to everything. We did not know the coffee shop below would be open past midnight so it was a little disturbing to walk back after the bars to find people sitting in front of the door. Luckily the noise didn’t bother us!

My friends and I were celebrating a birthday. There was no better way than to stay in the middle of St Charles among all of the charming shops, bakeries and restaurants. This loft was adorable and clean.

Good place for overnight

Really cute place. We stayed for a girls' night and really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive and prompt with check-in. The only thing that I would not give five stars for is the comfort of the beds, but overall, I recommend it. Also note: lots of stairs.

A lot of steep stairs to climb. Very noisy coffee shop below, it might as well be a nightclub. Comfortable accommodations. Walking distance to all things in the historic district. I would recommended to anyone physically fit.

Lovely loft

Mule husband and I have stayed here a couple of times for work trips. We love this loft! It’s very clean and well stocked. The manager communicated quickly and made sure we had everything. It’s right on Historic Main St. just steps away from excellent restaurants and the beautiful river front park. Highly recommended!

Clean and perfect for a group of friends

The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us, we really loved that it had 2 bathrooms and individual beds upstairs. This allowed for all of us to have our own bed to sleep in and was very comfy! We attended a concert at Hollywood and it was the perfect spot to stay for the night, easy to access and the host was super easy to communicate with.

Darling loft, perfect location

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this darling loft and couldn't be happier with my experience.
