Great location - close to the arch, Soulard market and so much more! Really appreciated all the thoughtful, little touches like coffee pods, bars of soap and washcloths that are missing from so many other rentals.

golden girls trip for art, baseball and great food!
Nice 2 story house with character in great location. Parked on street right outside our front door. So much to do in Soulard! Close to Budweiser Brewery, Soulard Farmer's Market, lots of locally owned bars and restaurants (Great Steaks, salad and veggies and lovely service at Tuckers) with alfresco dining in gardens on corner of neighborhood streets. Our house in Soulard was so clean and comfortable. Great beds, and sound machines if you don't like to hear highway out back.Hosts checked with us by phone and text to be sure we were comfortable -- we didn't want for anything! Nice to have kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, laundry if needed and NETFLIX! We will definitely be back, because it is a great location to Cards ballpark, Forrest Park (Art Museum and Zoo), Frontenac, Clayton (breakfast at Half & Half), and we just had a really good time. Could have stayed a week and there wouldn't be time to do and see all St. Lou has to offer, but we would feel rested and ready to go!!! We recommend this pleasant home base and the fine hosts. Thanks so much!

I will definitely rent again if I need to come back to St. Louis. Yes, you hear cars driving by but it didn’t bother us at night. No horns or sirens were going off. The cars driving by was our white noise. The home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The extra blanket and pillow in the den area was a plus in the chaise area of the couch while watching TV. I needed help getting on Netflix and Hulu. The owners were great in helping me get signed in. Parking was not an issue on the street. Great historic home updated. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well.

Nice clean place in Soulard
Place was a clean and well maintained older property. It is right by the highway so there was some noise, but the accommodated for this with white noise machines in both bedrooms, one bedroom has a small office attached which was great for getting some work done. Communication with the hosts was simple and not over bearing. We had multiple weddings events over the weekend we stayed so we didn't get to enjoy it much, but it was close to all our events and the neighborhood is easy to navigate. One bedroom does lead right to the stairs, but we were warned about it in advance. Might not be the best set-up for those with small children or mobility problems.

Perfect Access for Cards Fans and Foodies
Location was perfect, super-clean, and host was very thorough in instructions. We took in a game at Busch Stadium, which was only a few minutes' drive, as well as visited a delicious wood-fired pizza spot in Soulard and ice cream shop in Lafayette Square. This location is also very close to the Lemp Mansion, which was sentimental to us. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous, historic, comfortable!
The pictures don't do this place justice! Everything was so clean & comfortable. Lots of windows to bring in the beautiful sunshine. Plenty of room to spread out in the living room, dining room & kitchen. The bedrooms upstairs were well appointed with nice linens & comfy mattresses. The extra office space comfortably fit a blow up mattress for my grandson. The towels were nice & plush. The sound machines in the bedrooms were a great addition to down out the noise of the nearby traffic. The historic church across the street is gorgeous & a "must see" for anyone interested in architecture & history. The whole area is filled with historic homes. The hosts were so helpful at recommending things to do with my daughter & 2 grandsons in our vacation. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I travel to the area! Thanks so much for helping to make our trip wonderful!
