Our house is located in the historic Dogtown in family friendly neighborhood. The house is walking distance to the Zoo and Dogtown restaurants. The house is also very close to Forest Park, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University, and Central West End. It is within a short driving distance to Saint Louis University, St. Louis downtown, Soulard, Busch Stadium, The Fabulous Fox Theater, Scottrade Center and Missouri Botanical Garden. Direct and easy access to both I-64 and I-44. Come experience St. Louis from the beautiful Historic Irish Dogtown!!

We have another duplex building in Soulard that is walking distance to Anheuser Busch brewery with short driving distance to Busch Stadium, Soulard Farmers market, Ballpark Village, The Arch and other attractions. Wow, what a great stay. It was spotless and we heard zero outside noise. The kitchen has everything we needed and we were able to spread out comfortably. We especially liked the nice bed sheets and that we were comfortable inside during some crazy temperature swings - from the 90s to 40s in one day. The location was perfect - walking distance to Forest Park and a 10-15 minute drive from almost anywhere in the city. We would happily stay again on our next visit to town.

Great home

We were looking for a home rather than apt/condo, in a good neighbor. This home worked out great. Especially liked the professionalism in the management… check in instructions, check out instructions, details on amenities, etc. This was our first Vrbo rental, and all necessary information was readily available. Will be using this home on our next STL trip.

Wonderful stay in beautiful neighborhood

Our fourth time staying with this owner; first time in this restored two-story place in Dogtown. Interior of home completely redone with updated kitchen and bath. Comfortable beds/pillows, nice backyard, parking out front on street. Six-minute to lively downtown. Ashley recommended Southwest Diner for breakfast; it didn’t disappoint. Owners were easily accessible and provided prompt replies. Keypad on front door was easy to operate. If we didn’t eat out each meal in our 2-night stay, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking pans/utensils. Walk to Forest Park/St Louis Zoo was 5 minutes. We'll be back!!

Comfortable stay

I rented this place for my in-laws to stay while in town over the holidays. The owner's were very accommodating and my in-laws said it was very comfortable. They liked the access to Forest Park and the attractions there.

Great night out!

We stayed for a night out on the town with our friends. The place was great! Close to nearby restaurants and bars. House was clean and in a nice area. Homeowner was easy to work with and parking was easy.

Quick weekend family trip

We absolutely loved the property & neighborhood. A+ for cleanliness for sure! My kids (6 & 3) complained about the squeaky floors because they couldn’t romp & we didn’t want them disturbing the neighbors but other than that no one complained! The hosts were quick to respond when needed & very friendly! The property was in a perfect location for a day at the zoo & centrally located to other top attractions as well. We definitely recommend booking!

Great Location and Value!

My son and I stayed here for three nights to see the city attractions and attend a show. The property was on a quiet street in a perfect location near the zoo and Forest Park. It's also close to the highways. The unit had everything we needed and was comfortable. I would stay again without hesitation!

Adorable property that is close to everything

Our group consisted of two moms and our two young daughters. The hosts worked with us to let us check in early when we got to town early, which was very much appreciated. The house was clean and comfortable and well-appointed. We would definitely stay again!

Forest park weekend

This property is walking distance to the zoo and many other forest park attractions. Comfortable beds and the kitchen is well stocked. Hot water, plenty for the 4 of us adults to all take showers. We walked everywhere we went all weekend. Lots of great places to explore. Host was easy to communicate with.
