"In August we booked for a 3 night stay in November as part of our honeymoon tour of SEnegal. We booked and paid for a superior double bungalow. On arrival they had no record of our booking but I was able to verify booking by showing my booking details and receipt on my phone. They told us that we could have the booked room for one night only as it was booked for someone else for the second two nights. They offered us a basic cabin and this is what we accepted as we did not want to take the room...
