Beautiful Villa Close to All St. Louis Attractions! Under 4 miles to Six Flags!

  • Welcome to one of 4 Villa's in this 6,000 sq. ft building, located in Eureka, MO. If you need a place to house many guests or just a few, one of these Villa's will accommodate you very nicely:-) There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a Living room/Dining room combo with a gally kitchen. Outside on the front patio there is a table with 5 chairs. Walk down a hallway to the Mechanical Room and you may use the free washer and dryer. All your linens, towels, and kitchenware are provided.
    Come and stay at a beautiful Villa located in Eureka, MO a small quaint suburb of St. Louis County just a block off of I-44 and you will be back for a second stay:-)

Lovely

We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller.

Could have been better

This property was fairly good. Unfortunately we needed because of dietary restrictions, we cooked almost all meals at the facility. All dishes needed to be rewashed before using (we eventually went to paperplates and plastic utensils). The cook pans were very old as was the cutting board and other items. There was no bath/shower soap or facial tissues. We bought our own. This facility was booked because of needed access and no steps. Interesting though was that two of the beds were raised very high off the floor and were somewhat difficult to get into for anyone handicapped.

Perfect location

The property was clean and as described. No issues with property owner or property itself. We stayed on a very hot weekend and the AC kept up well. Would recommend.

Donna was a great host! She responded very quickly and checked in to make sure things were going well. When issues arose she was able to take care of them quickly. The villa was easy to access, right off the main road.

Extended Weekend stay for Purina Event

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Donna was great to work with and got back to us promptly with any answers ro questions we had. We did have to wash dishes and the towels had a musty smell, but overall we were fine. We also encountered some noise issues with one of the other tenants since the apartments were all connected. We'd definitely stay here again or work with Donna again.

I have stayed at this location both times I have visited St.Louis, and this is the only place I am renting when I visit St Louis. This property is in a very safe area very quiet. Clean and cozy. Thank you MS DONNA

The host was friendly and accommodating. She upgraded us to an adjacent unit with a king bed, which was nice. We appreciated that it was pet friendly. However, it needed a deep clean. The floor felt like it had not been mopped in a long time. Baseboards and things like that were grimy. The couch was stained and made us reticent to sit. The house isn’t well maintained in general. It was adequate for a short weekend, but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay long.

Family Reunion

We stayed in two of the properties which were located one above the other. Good location for what we needed and the owner was very helpful. We were not looking for high end so this was priced about right for what we wanted and got.

Excellent, fast communication with the owner. There was a slight hiccup that was responded to well. Even though you aren’t far off the highway it’s surprisingly quiet in a dead end, so not a bunch of traffic going through. The layout of the apartments is nice because the entrances/patios aren’t side by side, they’re staggered in different sides/levels of the building. The large grass area was both pretty and a relaxing place to walk my dog. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Cozy inside. It’s amazing much sound each room absorbs. Made a difference for us since there were 6 adults. Very close to a nice grocery store. Would definitely stay there again when in the area!!
