This beautiful house has 5 bedrooms, 7 beds and 3 1/2 bathrooms. This spacious home situated in a quiet, secured, and beautiful subdivision. This house is only for guests to stay while touring our great St. Louis Area. This house location conveniently nears shopping mall, plazas, restaurants, sam's club, walmart, costco and highway I-270 and 15 minute ride to the Gateway Arch.
In-house party and/or a social gathering aren't allowed in this property due to the Covid-19 and the neighbor's concern.

House was very spacious. Perfect for 6 adults. Conveniently located for shopping and dining and close enough to downtown without being in the “city”. Would definitely stay again. Host was communicative and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean. Extra blankets towels and sheets were available. We did use all the toilet paper in the house. Kids enjoyed the big room downstairs, just wish there was chairs other then folding chairs to sit on.

Nice Get Away

This is a beautiful spacious home in a great neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable living and sleeping quarters, and a kitchen with everything you need. Bathrooms are very nice with plenty of soaps and towels. This house is so roomy everyone has plenty of personal space. We would visit again. Home away from home!

Family memorial and reunion

We had a memorial time for parents who passed in 2023 and a family reunion following. Our family grew up in St. Louis but all have since moved to other states. Many children had never been to St. Louis so it was a wonderful time to visit many places and be together. Mehlville is an easy place to get to many St. Louis attractions & house perfect for our family.

Very nice house!!!!

My big family and I stayed with William for a long weekend while we visited our uncle. William is very nice and extremely responsive. The house is very clean and spacious. It is an ideal place for a larger group. The location is also very convenience. Close to the freeway and shopping centers. The neighborhood is also very safe. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit St. Louis. Thank you for hosting us!

Seniors in age getaway

Enjoyed the stay. Verg nice house. Downside would be all bedrooms are upstairs and one in the basement. Lovely neighborhood. Shopping very close. I recommend it to others, unless you have trouble claiming 14 steps or more. Thanks for the stay. We all enjoyed it. Quiet.

Ideal Place to Gather

Seven cousins from three different states gathered for a weekend. It had been five years since the last time. We wanted to be near Kimmswick and this location was perfect. As most of us are now senior citizens we really appreciated all the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was a nice size. With access to the garage there was ample parking. But our favorite part was getting together in the living area, relaxing and catching up.

Perfect family house

We were in for mom’s 90th birthday. We had 8 adults and 2 children under 5. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms and a half were perfect for a large family. Pictures of the place was spot on. Common areas were wonderful for visiting. Children had lots of space inside and a nice backyard. Plus table and chairs on back patio to enjoy. Vaca stay

Owner was very response. We had an ant problem and he came to the house with supplies to take care of them. The kitchen could have been more fully stocked. We did not have any grilling utensils. The house had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate a larger family stay. Felt safe in the neighborhood and was easy to get to. If the kitchen would have had a few more items I would have given this a 5 star home!
