At this time we do not rent from people from the St Louis Metropolitan area. This is in an effort to deter guests from using the space for gatherings
Coming to STL to party is great, just not at our place. Unruly behavior, excessive noise, or drug use will result in you being asked to leave.
To be considerate to the 1st floor guests & our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. We also live next door, so not much gets past us ;-)

Weekend in The Hill

Very nice apartment. Clean and neat, with sufficient supplies. The neighborhood was nice. This apartment was very close to downtown, the Arch, MO Botanical Garden, Zoo, etc. I would stay there again.

This was a full circle stay for us - we first stayed here 4 years ago when we moved our daughter in for college and it was wonderful to stay here again for her graduation. So cozy and clean, a perfect place to relax. Thank you!

Survived a tornado

We had a nice stay. The stairs in the back are a little scary and the Internet doesn’t really work very well, but otherwise a great place. Good location and thank goodness it had a pullout couch because we had a person who lost their home.

Spring Getaway

The location was great and the apartment was just as advertised. We had Italian food at Favazza’s and Zia’s and both were very good. As expected, hot water pressure was low. Thank you for a great place to stay
