8.2/10 Very Good! (1,006 reviews)
Convenient location, I got a discounted price. I asked and was given a courtesy late checkout time by 30 minutes. Comfortable bed. Fancy toilet with many buttons for washing one's undersides. But it was a really hot day and there was no way to turn off the heated toilet seat. Shower head was good. There are cheaper public parking garages on Beverly Blvd and Wilshire Blvd one block away. Best of all is Chaumont Bakery, only 5 mins. walk away on Beverly Blvd, a great place for brunch. Order the almond croissant and mushroom omelet, they are divine.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,334 reviews)
Our first surprise was a RESORT FEE that we are charged before the check in. Yep, a resort fee. For what??
Then two mini pillows on your king bed. We asked for more and got only two more.
Then, you only get one bottle of water per stay. Yep, one 10 cent bottle of water per stay, but remember that RESORT FEE?
The breakfast is good, but don’t go to the place by the elevator. The room is like a grade school cafeteria situation. Go to the one by the bar.
The location is great, but these surprises for a high end NYC hotel were disappointing.

"This is the third time I've been here for my vacations from Ontario to PEI and back. No need to worry about consistency. Staff are helpful and friendly, rooms are large. Large grassy area on property for my dog. Close enough to the centre of Edmundston, I think it's only five km. Super easy to get ..."
