"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The staff here display a mob in a gang mentality, and there is a history of this if you read the lowest star reviews. My girlfriend’s DoorDash order was delivered to the wrong room and when I went to get her money back, I was threatened with violence. I was then chased through the parking lot by one of those men along with the night auditor the night auditor name is Quan He’s at least 6 foot five and the following day because I called the police to get our money back. The entire staff changed their attitude. They were all rude dismissive. They were unhelpful. They did not give us any leeway or provide us with proper pricing on a room to stay out the huge blizzard last weekend. Juan was not there at six in the morning, but somehow was back after breakfast. When he saw me come in the lobby that morning he bolted from the front office and got in my personal space towering over me. A black gentleman housekeeper came on the left side, and I was completely towered over by two giant men. While Quan was screaming, and pointing for me to get out, I was threatened with violence, I feared for my life, and thought they were gonna shove me in one of the open rooms they were cleaning, and I wouldn’t be able to get out. I’ve called police, left message with Wyndham I’ve called organizations they don’t care, and when the manager finally called me, let’s just say she insulted me because I have mental illness Do not take your families there ever!!!! "

"My room did not have a hair dryer. I went to the front desk and no one was there. I called the front desk from my cell phone (room phone didnt work) and no one answered. I went to plan B for my hair which was not ideal. The shower was at best lukewarm. I tried to wait to see if it would warm up over time but that didnt work; only got colder.walls are also thin! Bed was very comfortable and zi am not that picky!"
