"Had a great experience. The staff were all nice. The only issues I had were there not being any sheets in the room for the pullout bed and the tub’s drain was clogged."

"I liked the property had a very friendly staff. Quick to attend to you. Very helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The restaurant bar had fresh food and a happy hour that was a plus. As well as a great view of the beach. The only thing i didnt like was the sliding door in my room to my balcony. It was super hard to open and close. Other than that the overall experience was perfect "

"I like the fitness room …breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel.."

"This place is 100 percent haunted. We got assigned room 325 and everyone in our party became very dizzy moments after stepping into the room. It also had a very strong smell, which smelled frankly like death or bodily decay. We left our things in the room but went down to the front desk to report it. They changed our room, gave us a key and told us to retrieve our things from 325. We went straight back up to 325, no staff followed in the elevator to assist or anything, just me and my kids. When we went back to 325 to get our things, the door was wide open, as if someone was expecting us. We had absolutely closed that door right before going downstairs. Following the move to the new room (same floor) my son had night terrors about people staring at him, standing around the bed. I had sleep paralysis with a sense of awful foreboding and literally struggled to breathe at times. It was super duper scary. The rooms are vintage, clean, spacious and the decor of the hotel is luxe and glamorous. But it is absolutely haunted, and not in a cute way. The vibe was dark. Just a heads up for the spiritually minded. "

"We enjoyed parking the car and spending a lovely vacation on the beach and in the pool. The food and drinks were wonderful both at the hotel and the local restaurants we walked to. Very enjoyable."

"Properly is very clean. Rooms and interior seem recently renovated (year or so). Beds and interior of room nice and clean and fresh. No pet or animal smell in the bulding or room (trust me i can tell). Walkable distance to rhe historical area and within reach of some of the Tram sites/destinations. Cookies to die for! (They do contain nuts, but have warnings, delicious!). Convenient parking and restaurant/bar right in lobby. We did not have breakfast but area appeared very nice. Would love to come back to this hotel in near future. Staff very very friendly. "
