For the price point and the fact they allow dogs, this was a good option. Nothing fancy but beds were very comfortable and clean and bathroom was acceptable.

Had trouble checking in, attendant was entering the wrong information so my card kept declining, upon arrival Kate was really helpful and got my payment through, she was a very polite person, making sure our stay was comfortable however I have yet to let them know about a few visitors we had (insects) in our room, other than that our stay was enjoyable

Room was freshly painted, clean with full size fridge and microwave and Roku tv service. Staff was friendly, helpful and place was quiet and safe. Not a new or fancy place, but a wonderful and affordable place to stay ,thats obviously being worked on to be a wonderful place. I am very happy with our choice to stay there and feel the price was also very affordable and helpful for people in town for an event. Will stay again next year, Thank You staff!

The staff was very nice and helpful. I felt immediately welcomed when I walked in and check in was a breeze. Also, the rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the bedding seemed to be brand new. So it kind of stinks that the hotel itself was so rough. The condition of the hotel is super rough. The doors have combination locks, which is convenient for entry, but there is not a deadbolt/chain/door stop on the inside. So you just kind of have to trust that it’s locked when you go to bed…which I wasn’t a big fan of. The door also sat a little wonky in the frame, so the gap beneath was pretty big. I came back to the room on my second night to 3 crickets hopping around, and they were really hard to see on the dark carpet There are other things about the room I could nitpick, but it’s St. Johns…I wasn’t expecting a 5 star stay. Honestly, if the door had an inside lock and could keep the crickets out, the rest of the stuff wouldn’t have mattered to me. But if you are picky AT ALL about your rooms…you will need to either brace yourself or find somewhere else to stay. Maybe request a second floor room?

Looked like a drug motel. Housekeeping never cleaned the room properly. They came and knocked on the door at 9:30 p.m. and said we weren't paid up when in fact we were. Was very uncomfortable and would never stay there again. Wifi was absolutely horrible and the television would take forever to load channels. Needs alot of work.
