A lovely location in the downtown area that is walking distance from many attractions in the area. The owner and staff here are amazing. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Great location in the Jellybean area and completely walkable to downtown. Very large spacious room with a very comfortable bed and has a great common area if you feel like cooking in! The host is really responsive by email or text and check in was easy! It was a lovely stay , and I highly recommend the place!

Cute, clean and basic! Everything is dated but clean and comfy. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep then this is it! Only downfall is there are no TVs. Not a huge deal breaker since who wants to sit in front of a TV when the most beautiful place in our country is at your doorstep.

Super cute, quaint, clean and cozy! The perfect location if you want to do everything down town St Johns and surrounding areas. Walking distance from EVERYTHING! Just a warning for travellers with accessibility issues; it’s a steep trek getting up and down the streets around this location. Plus the stairs to get up to the rooms in this house. Not a complaint just good to know! I was also able to call the property manager for some information and he was very helpful and super speedy. Would highly recommend for another couple or family.

A tea towel in the kitchen would’ve been helpful. Also, a TV in the common room would have also been nice. Otherwise it was a great place to stay! Will definitely be back!

My 77 year old mom and I 57, stayed in room two. It had a queen bed which my mom found very comfortable. I had the single bed which was not at all comfortable. It was very hard and i did not get a good nights rest. The pillows were not comfortable either. The room was comfortable and our bathroom was small but very clean and well maintained. The decor throughout the common area and our room was very dated. Parking was a bit of a challenge as the streets can be very narrow and street parking is the pretty much your only option. There were only a few spots behind the building for numerous rentals within the two buildings. There is a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sink and cupboards for preparing food. There are many little shops, cafes, restaurants within a short walking distance. We had an amazing breakfast at the Bagel Cafe. Highly recommend you stop in for a meal. The food is amazing, the staff are warm and friendly and the cafe itself is visually beautiful. We also checked out The Tickle Trunk. So many different things to buy and see. We found some souvenirs to take home to family. St. John’s had many more things for us to experience if we had more time.
