「The room was big but it was an old hotel, and we could hear noise from everywhere - our neighbor next door, upstairs, and from the road next to our room all night long and we could hardly sleep all night. 」

「We’re repeat guests and always choose Leaside! Bonavista and Trinity are our favourite suites because we love having direct outdoor access from the room. Breakfast is always delicious, and the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my spouse’s celiac disease. Everyone is friendly, the area is peaceful, and we always enjoy our stay!」

「We had a fantastic time at the Jag we highly recommend this place ,it was very modern and music inspired decor … the staff is all very friendly. The Zimmy’s has great food and drinks..I really enjoyed the little things that they do , we definitely noticed . The door men always opening the door , the turndown chocolate and special music quote's , the slippers and robes , the shampoo that smells amazing !」

「As I said before. I found broken glass upon arrival when I was hanging up my coat. I told front desk staff and I could have changed my room. But opted in staying. Also very noisy room」

「Very nice room, well maintained and comfortable, with lots of character. Very convenient for restaurants and bars, but not noisy. There were some missing amenities at first, but staff were very helpful. Also, we forgot some clothes when we checked out and they were quite good about helping us get it back.」

「ダウンタウンには歩いて行けますし、部屋はキレイで隅々まで行き届いていて、オーナーのロバートさんも素晴らしい人です。庭もキレイだし、何より犬好きの私にはロバートさんの飼ってる犬（ラブラドール）に癒されました… またぜひ来たい宿です！」

「The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all hours of the day and night, even when we were checking out at three in the morning for our early flight. (They offered to book our taxi, too, without me even having to ask.) The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Absolutely no complaints.」
