"Everything almost perfect, EXCEPT ! - noises from the clubs downstairs and around on friday and especially saturday nights are absolutely horrible! It’s unbearable from wall vibrations, drunken screaming from under the windows ! Forget about quiet resting and sleeping until 3 AM at least !
