All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment. "Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours"
