DESCRIPTION: La Collina is an appealing 4 bedroom 4 bath private home with a pool. The spacious design consists of two levels, the main level includes the great room and two master bedrooms and the lower level houses the two additional guest bedrooms.

The centerpiece of the main level is the great room with its open floor plan and 30 foot cathedral ceilings, stone walls and screened sliding glass doors that open on to a partially covered deck in the center, with sunning areas on either side. The kitchen, living and dining areas are comfortably furnished and look out to the stunning views of Great Cruz Bay Harbor. By day, you will enjoy watching the boats glide by and in the evenings, the sunsets and twinkling lights of St Thomas, are not be missed.

The two master bedrooms (with a/c) are located on opposite sides of the great room, to ensure privacy, and both open on to the upper deck. The two lower level guest bedrooms (with a/c) are accessed by an exterior staircase and are located on the far right of the villa.

The renovated pool and pool deck are located on the left side of the property, this tropical oasis includes ocean views, beautiful palm trees and colorful landscaping, making this a wonderful place to relax, 'catch some rays' and cool off with a refreshing swim.

LOCATION: La Collina enjoys a quiet, peaceful, and semi-private hillside location above Great Cruz Bay Harbor, with excellent views of the harbor, distant islands, and the Caribbean Sea. The south-southwest orientation of La Collina provides sun all day, spectacular sunset views in the early evening, and the twinkling lights of other islands after dark. It is an easy 6-minute drive to the restaurants, supermarkets and shops of Cruz Bay.

LIVING & DINING: The living room includes 30-foot cathedral ceiling, interior stone walls, tiled floors and comfortable rattan furniture creating a very classic and handsome tropical living space. For those times you want to catch your favorite TV show or sports game there is a flat screen TV with cable available for your viewing pleasure. A second living area is located on your covered deck; make your favorite cocktail, bring some munchies, and enjoy a front row seat to the fiery sunsets while looking out over the horizon.

La Collina enjoys several spacious dining areas, the interior teak dining room table seats 8, while the outside rattan table seats 6 -8 or for a casual lunch, you can dine at the table for 4 on the pool deck. No matter where you choose to dine, you will enjoy the beautiful harbor views.

KITCHEN: The gorgeous kitchen has bamboo cabinetry made by a local craftsman and is accented with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffee maker. In addition, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining implements.

BEDROOMS: The two main level master bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the great room. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a king bed, a flat screen cable TV, a walk-in closet and a private en-suite bath with tiled shower. Both bedrooms have screened sliding glass doors that open on to the spacious upper deck and both enjoy views of Great Cruz Bay. The two guest bedrooms are located on the lower level and are accessed by an exterior staircase.
