Blue View at Mango Terrace is a 5 minute walk to all of the bars, restaurants and the ferry dock of Cruz Bay. Beautifully renovated two bedroom, two bath condo sleeps six comfortably with a perfectly relaxing view of the Caribbean overlooking the pool and sunny deck. Individually controlled air conditioning in every room and living room, two private balconies and a full-sized kitchen.

This generous two bedroom villa is tastefully decorated and equipped for your family to enjoy. Each of the spacious bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, independently controlled air conditioning and flat screen TV's. King bed in master and two queen beds in guest bedroom. Comfortable seating on deck off master. Living room slider opens to nice sized deck with south and west ocean views. New outdoor sectional and bar height table provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone with direct view to swimming pool and beyond. Quiet air conditioned living room with conversation seating, dining room table and kitchen bar seating. The location is an easy walk to town or the grocery store. Parking within feet of the front door. Sunny swim deck and nice sized pool. The grounds are tastefully landscaped and the property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. New washer and dryer. Individual hanging hair dryers and iron with board. Several sets of quality snorkel gear, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, and the all-important commercial grade blender. This is a beautiful and relaxing villa that will be a great place to call home during your stay in paradise.

Greeter available to meet you the dock on arrival. We are available to answer questions throughout your stay.

Cruz Bay is the heart of St. John with a wide variety of shopping, bars and restaurants, however, Blue View is located in a quiet neighborhood a short 5 minute walk from town. Located in Mango Terrace, there are only 6 units so the building and pool are never crowded and will be your own piece of paradise.

Walk to and from town, taxi service to and from town and beaches or rent a jeep to get around the island. We can make recommendations for private or group boats to help you explore neighboring islands such as Jost Van Dyke (home of the famous Soggy Dollar bar) or the Baths of Virgin Gorda.

Hotel tax is an additional and separate 12.5% that will be collected at the time of booking.
Guests can only use one parking spot.
Quiet time is 10 pm

This condo was exactly as depicted and then even better in person. The unit was meticulously cleaned and nicely appointed. The ocean was visible from both balconies and it was delightful to start and end the day with this view. We could not have been more pleased with communication from our hosts. They provided us with detailed information regarding the condo as well as the area in and around St. John. We were also grateful to have Caliegh as our greeter. She was flexible for us as we missed the ferry initially but she was still able to meet us and orient us to the unit. We would definitely come back to this unit!

Beautiful property. The incline to get to the door was challenging. Unfortunately, there was a back up in the sewage system. The hosts moved us to another beautiful property right away. They were very accommodating in a rough situation. We appreciated their quick response and rapid remediation.

This condo was perfect for my friend and me. Everyone associated with it (owners, greeter, and concierge) were the kindest people. They answered all questions incredibly fast. Tara was amazing at booking our fun excursions. We had the best 6 nights. Location of this condo is so close to downtown Cruz Bay. We walked mostly to the condo, but did take a taxi with luggage due to the hill the condo sits on.

We loved our stay at Blue View Condo. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was incredible, and we spent a lot of time just sitting out there enjoying it. It was close to Cruz Bay, but still felt quiet and private. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provide a binder in the unit with information for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing on the island. We found this to be very helpful! They even offer a concierge who will make recommendations and book excursions for their guests. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Blue View! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible views — the kind you just can’t stop staring at. The home is beautifully decorated, very well appointed, and feels newly renovated, with everything from the furnishings to the finishes in great condition.The layout worked perfectly for our family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning kept the whole house perfectly cool, and there were plenty of both beach and bath towels, which made our stay so easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook at home, and the pool quickly became the star of the trip for our kids — they spent hours swimming while we lounged nearby, soaking in the scenery.The only minor hiccup was the Wi-Fi. We had trouble connecting during our stay, and David went above and beyond to help, even bringing over another router and network. Unfortunately, it still didn’t work for us. It wasn’t a big deal, but with kids, having the option for a cartoon or movie at night would have been nice.Despite that, Blue View exceeded our expectations. Between the stunning setting, the comfortable and well-thought-out home, and all the thoughtful touches, it made for a truly memorable trip. We can’t wait to return!

Grand Daughter Wedding

We were in St John to attend our grand daughter's wedding. We rented a jeep in St Thomas and the jeep rental agency delivered jeep to the airport. Took car ferry to to St John and condo was only 3 mins away from St John car ferry dock.The condo was more than I expected. The living area very spacious and decor had a beach theme. The master bedroom with the king bed was very comfy. Good size bathroom with large shower with many hooks to hang the towels. There were many towels to last the 6 days, plus beach towels. The washer & dryer were used almost every day. There were beach chairs, snorkel equipment which were used.The view from the balcony was very nice and I had my morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, pots and pans utensils. Plenty of ice in the frig, ice maker and ice cube trays.A lot of the restaurants were just 5 mins away by car. the best food market was Starfish 5 mins.

Oh my we absolutely loved our stay. They had everything we needed to make the stay very enjoyable. Plenty towels, beach chairs and the accommodations were way beyond our expectations. The kids spent every evening in the pool which was a nice addition. Dave and Julie were quick to answer any questions. Check in and out was super easy. Definitely recommend this place. Location was perfect to shops and food and beaches!

May vacation

Everything concerning the villa was fantastic- cleanliness, spaciousness, amenities, temperature control, communication with management, greeter, assistance from Tara, concierge re: side trips- everything was wonderful!Except parking- if we arrived at last parking space for evening we had a lot of difficulty parking safely in the space in front of our unit 6- it just wasn’t safe.

Second time back to this unit

This was our fourth trip to St. John and this unit is perfect for a party of four. We REALLY enjoy the fact that we can walk to town. It is a bit challenging when heading up the hill to head back to the condo but we were pleased that, on this trip, we never took a taxi!

Property was very clean, open and airy. Pool was fantastic with a great view! Hosts were very communicative the entire time and resolved a WiFi issue in a very timely manner. The property is at the top of a very steep hill, but If you’re renting a car, is a non-issue. 5/5 would recommend and look forward to coming back!

First time in St John

Quiet and relaxing stay in St John. We enjoyed the pool after spending our days out hiking and snorkeling. The walk into town wasn’t that bad- just a steep hill coming back to the house. We appreciated being able to walk to town. We were glad there was a greeter there to give us tips on parking- it is a little tough but we got it figured out! The view is amazing from the patios. Layout of the house is great. AC worked great. WiFi was iffy but we managed.

Wonderful

This place was perfect for our stay! Close to Cruz Bay but far enough to not hear the town noises! Great communication with everyone involved. We had a power outage and Julie and Dave responded immediately and took care of it! The pool is amazing and a great way to end every day at the beach! Best place to watch the sunset!! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at Blue View. The location was perfect with an amazing view. We walked to town daily, although the last hill was a bit of a challenge on the way home for some of us. The property was immaculate and well-stocked with the basics including beach towels and paper products. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great condo close to Cruz Bay. Very clean and had everything you need. Communication with property manager was excellent. I can’t think of a single complaint. The steep hill is worth mentioning, but would not deter me from returning.

Lovely stay in a wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay in Blue View. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment is very large and tastefully decorated. It is very close to town and even walkable if you are fit for uphill return. It has all possible amenities needed. In particular, it was very welcomed to have beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach cooler and sunscreen bottles, all needed for perfect beach days. These details are what stand out for high quality hosts. Check-in process was smooth. The only thing that was a bit of a hassle was the parking. Condo is on a very steep street and not easy to manage for faint of heart drivers. But after the first day we got used to it. Overall, highly recommend and would consider to stay again in a future trip to beautiful St. John!
