"This hotel was perfect for our family! We had our young 3 1/2 year old daughter and the room was set up upon arrival with the pullout couch bed for her. Great views of the bay from the balcony, awesome gravel running path around the lake, but most of all, incredible staff! From reception desk to the restaurant staff everyone was great! A special thank you to Vivian at the front desk who patiently helped us in multiple days figure out fun adventures that were good for a 3 year old! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is a great little rental. Clean, nicely decorated and the bed was super comfortable. All the essential supplies were there also many extra supplies. The water pressure in the shower is phenomenal. We were only here one night, I wish we would have stayed longer. It was within waking distance from the train station. There are some slopes but I wheeled two 18kg bags up them. (I'm in fairly good shape.)"

"We had a fabulous time in the apartment, it was a great base for exploring Lucerne Titlis and Mount Pilatus. The number 10 bus was a great help getting to and from the station with bags but otherwise the walk was fine. Accommodation was spotless and well equipped and I’m sure if we’d needed anything else it would have been no problem. Thankyou for having us to stay"

"The hotel was clean and individual air conditioning a very quiet area. The room was about small but we were not there often except to sleep. There is no AC but a fan was provided. Located by a bus stop. Plan on walking up hill a bit to get to the train station from the hotel"

"Very good location, at least for our room for 4 adults. Suitable for family. The price is a little bit expensive but it is to be expected of Switzerland. The communication is a little bit hard as there is no reveeption, but aside from that everything is perfect"

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

"We loved our stay in Spiez! Spiez is a beautiful, quiet, and friendly place to stay. The hosts were very friendly, the place was clean, the view was amazing. My kids loved that we could swim everyday at just a two minute walk down the stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Total cabin vibes."

"The property was amazing for the price. The host is responsive and leaves notes for those who have questions. The living room has a window which has an amazing view of a beautiful mountain, and a short 10 minute walk to the vibrant waters. The only minor complaint is that there are many flies, but other than that the place was very nice!"
