"Very nice apartment! Very clean and comfortable, good location, responsive hosts. A few important notes:The hot water is set way too high. If you turn it up much or touch the pipes you will burn yourself. Do not let a child operate the shower or sinks alone!Beds are comfy, but pillows are very flat, no support.Bath linens are very thin/worn.Be very careful pulling out the drawer in the refrigerator - it will fall out very easily!Coffee maker uses brand specific pods which are provided.Overall the accommodations were very nice."

I have visited this hotel several times, and she is truly genuine in her care for her guests. She makes you feel so welcome, and at home. It is my husbands first visit, and he adores the hotel. "Speiz is a beautiful area. This property is right on the bus route to take you to Interlaken, or a short walk to the water and the ferry. We missed our bus once, and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station as well. The property was clean, the owners, who live upstairs are very nice, and she speaks so many languages. "
