2 bedroom 1 Bathroom house.

Only a few hundred yards from endless miles of ORV/Snowmobile Trails

This home was remodeled in 2023 and is very clean.

Includes dock slip/lake access for one boat on a private dock and access to the sandy beach down the road.

Small pond on property with relaxing waterfall. Picnic table. Bonfire pit. Ping pong table. Boat launch is a quarter mile.

We LOVE pets but have rules!

Pets must stay in garage and cannot come in house. Garage is 25x15, painted concrete floor. Heated and stays reasonably cool even on hot days.

Pets when outside must be leashed or on the 50 foot dog runs we provide. Cannot be left outside barking for extended periods of time.

You must pickup pet waste or an extra $25 fee applies.

Pet fee is $100 for the stay. Max pets two.


Bedroom one has a double bunk bed. Max weight on top 175.
Bedroom two has a double bed with twin over (max weight 150) and a pull out.

AC, heating, washer/dryer, microwave, blender, pots/pans/dishes for 6, toaster, cake and cookie pans, TV, dining table and 6 chairs, starlink super fast WiFi, hair dryer.

No dishwasher.

Please empty trash and put in can outside near driveway. Wash the dishes, can be left on rack to dry. Please put all dirty towels/linens in one pile. This helps prevent unwanted smells for next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This rental worked out great for what we needed. We rented SxS for trail riding and there was room for a truck and trailer to park. The beach was nice and close. The house was nice with a fun cabin feel. The owner was nice and delivered TV remote batteries at 10pm at night when I asked if there were any in the house. The only negative was that the dogs were not allowed in the main part of the house. There is an attached garage that stayed cool enough for the dogs. We didn't see that in the description before finalizing the rental, but they said they would fix that. It wasn't too bad with the dogs separated.
