"This place went above and beyond on every level. My brother and I were very late checking in after midnight. The hospitality that we were shown and the grace that was given for our late check-in was so appreciated. They literally left the light on for us.Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. "Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. Would greatly recommend! "

"Nous devions séjourner le 7/8 après appel auprès de l hébergeur nous avons changer pour le 8/8. A notre arrivée la personne qui nous a accueillis (très aimable) ne semblait pas nous attendre. Le lit dans la chambre prévue n’était pas fait mais cela a été rapidement fait. Par contre le ménage n’était absolument pas fait et la salle de bains était plus que douteuse ( j’aurais du faire des photos des toilettes) c’était vraiment pas propre. "What a gem! This hotel was awesome - the staff were wonderfully lovely, they had an excellent restaurant and the rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The hotel is off of the main strip but accessible easily by train (train station is a 5-7 minute walk) and they also have a shuttle that you can reserve during the day. We loved it and would happily come back again. "
