    Welcome to 4C & Sand, a fantastic 4 bedroom / 3.5 bath home just steps from the beach inside the exclusive Plantation community. Ideally located near “The Cut” for excellent fishing and breathtaking sunsets, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.



    ✨ Highlights:

    • Just 150 feet from the beach access across the street

    • Decks on both levels—perfect for morning coffee, evening sunsets, or listening to the surf

    • Two large master suites with jacuzzi tubs (one on each level)

    • Kids’ room with a full/twin bunk + queen bedroom on the 3rd floor

Renting "4C and Sand"

Overall the house accommodated our family of 8 nicely. The interior was clean and comfortable, including the beds. There was a small view of the ocean from the 3rd floor and a very short walk to beach access. The 3 flights of stairs weren't a problem for us but renters need to be aware of them. In the kitchen, one of the electrical units on the stove didn't fit properly and we weren't comfortable using it. Also, the coffee pot definitely needs to be replaced. In the shared bathroom a towel rack needs to be repaired or replaced.**One of the main reasons we selected this rental was that a heated pool was listed as an amenity but nothing was mentioned about a 300.00 extra cost required to heat the pool. We only discovered this added expense when we arrived and there was no heated pool. Renters should be informed about that cost up front.
