Enjoy direct access to the 2.5-acre sandy lagoon, plus 2 private pools and hot tubs, outdoor fireplace, BBQ patio, and multiple private balconies with breathtaking views. The fun continues indoors with a pool table, shuffleboard, and basketball shoot game, while outside you’ll have 4 paddleboards, 6 kayaks, and full use of resort amenities—including year-round heated pools, hot tubs, and 6 community pickleball courts. With spacious layouts in both homes, The Beach Front Max is designed to bring everyone together for an unforgettable stay.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
