Nice stay

We had a nice stay. The only complaints are the A/C did not work, we had to open the windows to cool the house. They require that you to keep the upstairs temperature to 74, if the AC is working. The bunk beds are very wobbly. They sway with any little movement from a child so its hard for the person sharing the bunk to sleep.

Tranquility In The Desert

We had an amazing weekend stay. Really quiet area and so close to Snow Canyon. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the set up is ideal for two famalies. We loved the pool and hot tub, and it was so nice that they were open during the winter months. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing property in a private yet convenient location...

The townhome was very well appointed and incredibly quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed having the pool nearby and the ease of access to dozens of hiking/biking trails yet only 10 minutes from town... I highly recommend this Ledges property...

Nice place

The floor plan worked out great for us. Mom and dad and the kids had plenty of space upstairs and grandma & grandpa had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The place is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well organized. My only complaint is that it is a little bit far from town.

Almost perfect

Great place. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The only critique I have is the bunk beds need tlc. The upper bunks are worn and sagging when kids lay on them. Other than that this place was near perfect for us. Pools were great also.

Location is great closer to snow canyon neighborhood very nice and clean but patios furniture were dusty bathroom tub did not drain well. Master bedroom carpet needed to be clean before we got there. Recliner in the loft was broken.

Best sleep on vacation ever

The queen beds were such a dream!! The only thing that would have been better is if they were king sized. My back didn't hurt a bit on those... and it always hurts even at home on our very expensive mattress. The upstairs bathtub needs grip tape... it's dangerously slick. The pool fob didn't work. Overall, our stay was nigh to perfect.

Beautiful property!

The condo was perfect for our stay in Utah. Out of the way but close enough. Despite being connected condos, it was amazingly quiet. Top end appliances and furniture. More than enough towels and basic supplies. Easy to check in and out as well as communicate with propery manager. Only 3 of us but could have easily slept in excess of 10. Cannot say enough about this amazing property!!!

Beautiful views out of almost each window!

When searching for somewhere to stay I was impressed with the view of the natural looking landscape out the living room/dining room windows. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bedrooms upstairs had views of the beautiful red cliffs. The balcony also had a nice view and was wonderful to utilize at night to look at the stars. I loved that there are 2 areas to watch tv- one downstairs and one upstairs. I absolutely loved this property. It is comfortable and welcoming. I plan to stay again!
