Very kid friendly. The whole family enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness needs to improve. There was candy all over the floor underneath the daybed upstairs and in between the sofa cushions. Other than that, it was great!.

Guys Spring Golf Trip

8 of us went to the St. George area for a week of golf. Our accommodations were fantastic! The property was very clean and there was plenty of room for 8 guys. It was centrally located and easy to find. It was very affordable and we will stay here again the next time we make plans to come back to St. George. Highly recommend!

family spring break

Great location and place to stay! We loved the ping pong table. The pool and hot tub were great. Loved the big table for meals. I wish they had checked the kitchen for supplies. We had to go buy our own salt and pepper. The one they had ran out. Also would have loved some ziploc bags for food we took home. I didn’t think to bring some with us. I found jt super unusual that the primary bedroom on the main level had no lock on the door when other rooms upstairs did. Also- the ice maker was broken which was a pain. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, just a couple of inconviences.

We enjoyed our stay the townhome is very nice. It feels like it is out of the business of the city, yet it is only a few minutes to stores and entertainment. We would stay there again.

Great Place

We loved our stay at this townhouse. Very clean. We were there for my daughter's softball. When we had long breaks it was a nice place to come back to. Also - I'm a golfer and I was able to WALK to the clubhouse and practice area. And the pool and pickleball courts are also within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

Amazing condo with excellent kitchen stock! Very clean! The fridge ice maker and the front right burner on the stove aren't working correctly but nothing that was a big deal. Thank you so much!

Chose this property because of the lower altitude compared to others.

Intended on visiting Zion, Dixie, and Bryce. Found three other parks besides those within 15 minute drive (wheelchair accessible). So interesting, we dropped visiting Bryce altogether. Can't rave more about the location and surrounding beauty. St. George is a cute town, has everything you need (including good restaurants) and is a close drive from property. Plan accordingly as some stores close early/not open Sundays. The family (ages 82, 53, 51, 15) was more than comfortable at the spacious property with first floor master bed and bath. Enjoyed the leather furniture in family room without feeling that many people had sat on it before you. Kitchen had everything we needed, one person had to follow special diet and found everything needed for cooking and serving. Loved the two decks and outdoor patio. The patio gas firepit was a nice touch for an evening outside during a chilly night. Access to garage was a nice bonus. We only had one car but parking would have been more complicated if we followed the original plan of having three cars at the property. Only complaint is some of the beds need new mattresses.

Location and property were awesome! House was super clean and nice - great kitchen, super comfortable beds and good family layout. My only suggestion would be to leave more cleaning essentials (sponges, spray) and more garbage bags/paper towels..... the downfall of kids :)

Fun in the sun in St. George

This was a very nice place that slept all 14 of us comfortably. It was well stocked with what you need in the kitchen and other areas of the house. It had plenty of seating room for gathering and was very well maintained. It was an overall great place!!!

Mostly awesome!

Property was spacious and beautiful as pictured. Close access to pool and courts. Arrived on weekend and frig wasn’t cooling properly. For non-emergencies you are asked to leave a voicemail on weekends. I left a message but it wasn’t returned. We had a frig full of food which I was concerned was not safe to eat. The milk soured. Seemed cooler by 3rd day, so maybe it had been turned off between guests. Other minor issues were the gas fire pit would not connect the gas, so fire wouldn’t light to make s’mores (we even changed the tank but it still would not work), and the Keurig stopped working. Minor issues, but felt disappointed we couldn’t get them resolved on a weekend. Overall we loved the property. It was perfect for our 2 families and we had a great time. I recommend visiting the nearby Snow Canyon State Park and hiking to the lava tube!

Vacation with family

The villa was clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. It snowed for two days while we were there, so the ping pong table came in handy, and the pool was heated perfectly. Check in was a breeze and Kimber was awesome! We had a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful location.
