We really enjoyed this house! We appreciated how clean everything was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pictures in the listing matched what we experienced, which was a huge relief. It was a wonderful stay!

Girls Trip

This was the perfect house-location for a quick girls hiking trip. Plenty of space and sleeping accommodations, resort amenities all walkable, and a restaurant on property that delivers! House was clean and exactly as advertised. We all wished we could have extended our trip!

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed how spacious and clean the home was and the well stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. We took advantage of the hot tub and pickleball courts. We struggled a bit with the bikes - they might need some maintenance. Overall it was a great experience with easy checkin and we would stay here again for sure!

The property was exactly as advertised, it was clean, open, had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again. The only downside was there were not any kitchen towels or washcloths for dishes and such, this did not change my ratings because I am sure someone just forgot to put them back, just an FYI for the future

We loved the close proximity to the pool and pickleball courts. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Everyone loved the air hockey table and board games.After getting a chain back on the kid's bike and adjusting the gears on one of the other bikes, we were good to go. A 2nd garage door opener would have been a plus.The beds were all incredibly comfortable -- in fact, our 7 year old kept referring to his bunk bed as heavenly because it was so comfy. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon!

50th wedding anniversary

We only spent 1 night at this property because the air conditioner was not working and the property manager was unsure when it could be fixed. She was also very difficult to get in touch with. The indoor temp on first floor was 85 and 90 on second floor. With outdoor temps of triple digits, we felt it would be impossible to stay there. The property was as advertised and with a closet full of games and bikes in the garage, we were looking forward to our stay. After much back and forth, she was able to find us another unit, but it wasn’t as nice as our first choice.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were going to have a wonderful time together! This place is so welcoming as it’s beautifully decorated and feels so clean and new!! All 9 adults were very pleased with how comfortable the beds and pillows are!! We loved sitting outside on the upstairs deck at night around the gas fire pit, loved the Air Hockey table, the boys loved the Xboxes during down time, and we loved that the pickleball courts and pool/hot tub were less than 1 minute walk away! The kitchen & pantry was stocked better than I’ve ever seen with cooking appliances to use! It’s located in a beautiful area next to a golf course that my husband and son enjoyed playing at. So bottom line, we can’t say enough good about this place and we HIGHLY recommend it! You won’t be disappointed! We will definitely go back again next time we’re in St George!!

I could live here

This house at Ledges was so comfortable I could live here. Our combined families spent a long weekend at this Ledges residence. Twelve of us in all fit nicely without ever having to stumble around each other for space. All of the rooms were well appointed. The best of which being the kitchen. In most vacation rentals the family rooms are setup pretty well, but the kitchens often lack full cooking equipment or offer cheep ineffective versions. NOT THIS PLACE. This kitchen had more and better of everything than I could have imagined. Hmm I wonder if they have a lemon juicer? YES. Ooh, what I really need is a large frying pan. Got that too. This kitchen lacked nothing. The only thing that wasn’t as great was the secondary bathroom suite shower. It was a little small for how much space was in the bathroom and the handle was a little confusing. All in all though not enough to move the needle below 5 of 5 stars.
