Be one of the first to rent this brand new beautiful luxury home in Santa Clara within the Ocotillo Springs resort. Just minutes from downtown St George, Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Amphitheater, hiking, biking, ATV trails and much more. Large year-round heated hot tub and pool with slide, platform jumps and splash pad. Relax in the rec center with ping-pong and pool tables, arcade, kitchenette, TV`s, inside and outside dining, pickle ball courts and more.

The space
This Townhome has 2 beautiful master suites along with a bunk bed room with 1 queen, 1 double and 4 twins (will sleep 8+ in that room alone). TV's in everyroom and a large family TV room for great movie nites and games. It backs up to the Pool, slash pad and clubhouse. It is close to the pickleball courts. Outside patio includes private BBQ and large sectional with fire table for long relaxing evenings.

Nice

The property was very clean and nice. There were several beds so the condo could accommodate many people. The clubhouse could use some blinds and 15 lb weights, but that isn’t the property owner’s responsibility! Overall, great place, would absolutely stay there again!

Great bedroom and bath set up

We were here for a few nights at Christmas. Rooms were all very comfortable, from sectional in living room to beds upstairs. Open kitchen/ living area allowed us to gather together while allowing late sleepers and napping 2 year olds to be somewhere quiet. We fit our group of 10 around the table for dinner (borrowing a couple of folding chairs from grandma) and we found the cookware and dishes satisfactory in number and variety. Lots of extras like foil wrap and plastic, seasonings, oil, etc. Harmons grocery is 2 minutes away. For fun time, we enjoyed the heated pool (heated during holiday weeks), clubhouse, and even the attached garage, with its table tennis and open area to chase the toddler around and throw balls during the rainy weather. The pool was great for all ages and we were appreciative of the zero- entry and large shallow area. Our toddler could splash and wade around and we saw older kids floating in the same area as they talked together. Gubler Park is less than 2 minutes away (near Harmon's) with ball playing areas, playground, fields and paths. Host Ryan was very easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay at this unit again.

Fantastic home away from home!

Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom. (1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 4 single bunk beds and 2 double bunks). Sleeps at least 12. All the amenities of home including items for an infant...high chair, stroller, baby bed, as well as children's bowls, cups and eating utensils. Only down, no sugar, leftover plastic storage dishes or plastic bags, or kleenex.

Beautiful condo

Perfect weekend getaway

Came in town for a girls hike in Zions. Perfect location, right next to Snow Canyon and a short drive to Zions. Grocery store right down the road made it perfect for in house meals.

Great stay, nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in good repair and clean. Everything was as listed. High ceilings were a nice surprise and made it feel roomy. Easy to get to Snow Canyon hikes. Santa Clara is less busy than St George which was a plus for us. Would stay again. Thanks!

The owners have clearly done this before. They stocked the place with everything that you need. We were surprised to find two high chairs and little kid plates and utensils. We loved this place. You would too.
