Were Hyatt people so we knew to expect a clean, comfortable place to rest. Check in was slick. The greeter at check in was very nice and helpful with our questions. The room was clean, bed comfortable with no signs of bed bugs we’ve been hearing about. No black light stains that we could detect except for some splooches on the wall over the bed board. The included breakfast was minimal but sufficient. The pool and spa was a nice welcome sight. Overall, a wonderful stay.
