This hotel is closed to Zaion NP and easy to access. It is so convenient for tourists to Zaion. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is free but would recommend to go outside. Teparature control of shower was difficult so need to take some time to learn its adjustment. Over all, it is nice hotel with very reasonable price.

Great breakfast and staff. Some work to be done on the exterior of the property to make it look good but I understand the work is planned. Interior has been renovated and looks fresh and new.

Breakfast menu was good. The staff was good and helpful although due to rush time, they had shortage of staff. The room condition was okay, not vacuumed properly, bedding/sheets weren't changed even after requesting. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit, had somewhat skicky flooring.

There was nothing about this hotel that made it anything more than a passable motel. It was certainly not the midscale hotel I would have expected as a Ramada. There desk was not staffed full time. If you wanted to talk to a clerk, you had to dial a number to get them. Even then, they did not always answer. My biggest struggle with this hotel was the room. The door to my room did not close properly. When I opened the door, the latch would not pop back out, and the door could not stay closed. In order to completely close the door, I had to jiggle the handle several times every time I came and went from the room. I tried to get water from their vending machine, but it was not stocked. I would not stay here again.

Bath tub smelling mould. Carpet is dirty. My socks started smelling bad after walking on carpet. You can just walk on carpet and then step into bath tub. You will see the dirt. Only good thing is Staff are good. I never had breakfast as we used to leave every morning by 6 AM. May be you should think of providing early breakfast and coffee. Overall our experience is very bad.

Really kind and friendly front desk staff. Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The one and only downside, was breakfast didnt start until 7am. If you are going to Zion NP, you need to be there by 6am. That means leaving at 5:30.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. broken windows and blood present in lobby. I never checked in and could not get a hold of anyone via phone/ email since TRYING to cancel prior to check in. Did i mention they charged me after conveniently never answer my calls or emails with pleas to cancel? Worst hotel experience of my life. Deserves zero stars

The interior/rooms appear recently updated with the look and smell of new carpet and remodeled bathrooms. The exterior needs a lot of work and TLC, but that had no affect on thenquality of the room and stay. The breakfast was a typical hotel, continental breakfast. The staff was polite. It would have been helpful to be informed that there is a power strip hidden behind the microwave that was turned off. I thought the fridge was broken the first 2 days, until the 3rd when i tried the TV for the first time and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't turn on... before findind the power strip...

The room was spacious and the bathroom was remodeled but poorly done. Grout was on the walls. The bathroom was not clean... I put towels on the floor to walk bc you could see the dirt on the tile. Room seemed clean, bedding was fresh. The remodel is like putting lipstick on a pig. Breakfast was cold, luckily there was a microwave to reheat the eggs and sausage. Used the bathroom outside the breakfast room. Don't do it! It was worse than an old gas station bathroom. Absolutely filthy! Only encounter with staff was when I checked in. He was nice.

We stayed here to visit Zion. The location is close enough but not in the midst of the crazy traffic right outside Zion. This hotel has been updated, and they are still updating more. Then room was spacious, clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast was basic but good. The staff was helpful. All you can hope for at a very reasonable price. Good local restaurants in both La Verkin & Hurricane.

A hotel has to have a minimum cleanliness standard. I didn’t see that in this hotel. The bedding had stains as if it wasn’t cleaned. For me this is a must requirement for any hotel. Sorry for this poor review.

The bed was uncomfortable.. the bathroom door was barely hanging on and would not close. When we woke in the morning to get ready for the day the bathroom ceiling was leaking everywhere. right under the toilet seat. My husband had to get up off the toilet because it started leaking on him.. We had to leave so we didn’t even shower or anything in there. The staff did offer to let us use another room to shower and get ready but by then we already had to be on our way out. (Scheduled activities.) It was an accessible room also by the way. Other than that, we slept ok and rested for one night. But would never stay here again. Rather go somewhere else

Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The microwave didn't work in our room. The freezer was frozen over. One big ball of ice. I called the desk about the microwave and was told they would be there in a few minutes, but they never came. I called back, but they would not pick up the phone. The room was clean and updated.

Soft and clean budding and towels, good water pressure and hot water. Breakfast basic but good as expected. Could vacuum the hallways and rooms better. Would stay at again.
