The HVAC unit was non-functional, preventing temperature adjustments and resulting in a cold environment at night. Furthermore, a peculiar odor was present. Had it not been a busy weekend, we would have sought alternative accommodations. Super disappointed. This would've been a 50.00 room not 150.00."
