Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and 3 State Parks (Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon) you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and several lakes for cooling off and boating. The new Zion Canyon Hot Springs is only 2 blocks away plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms. The oversized two car garage has a level 2 EV charger available to use for a small fee upon request.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

Multi-family Trip

Several family members met here from different states to explore Zion and enjoy time together. The property was great proximity to Zion and perfect for relaxation and family time. We loved the pool and outdoor area. The house itself is spacious and well stocked. Host was responsive and extremely kind. Highly recommend!

Family vacation in paradise

Our family’s vacation at Zion National Park was made extra special by our stay in this spacious, beautiful home in LaVerkin. Spencer is a great host who responds quickly to questions. Our family of 12 consisted of ages 14 to 73 and we had plenty of room and fun. Best equipped kitchen ever. I would very much recommend this rental.

Great house for group exploring the area

Our group of 4 booked the house as a base to explore Zion, area hikes, and amazing regional mountain biking. Very comfortable and lots of space to relax after spending days outdoors. The kitchen is very well appointed to cook meals at home. Convenient location.

Beautiful home with nice pool

This home has a spacious layout with a fantastic master BR. The jack&jill rooms upstairs are a great layout with separate powder rooms and shared tub/shower. The pool is an amazing way to cool off and relax in this arid climate. Kitchen is top notch!

Great place to stay near Zion

Four couples enjoyed our stay while visiting Zion National Park. The host provided stocked coffee supplies which was very helpful. The property was clean and all amenities were as described. We enjoyed the pickleball court. Spencer checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. If you have a large group you will enjoy this property.

Amazing house!

This house has everything you could hope for! It's very well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms - a nice coffee machine, water filter for drinking, and even laundry detergent, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner are provided. It has lots of space for our two families to spread out. The teens loved the game room upstairs. While the house is perfectly put together, the highlight of this property is out back - the pool and hot tub are magnificent - one night we fired up the fire pit for smores (fixings also provided by the host - thank you!). Our only regret is that we were too tired to get in some pickleball. I must mention that the upstairs AC had a cooling issue when we were there - it was blowing cool, not cold air. However, within a couple of hours after reporting the issue the host had someone out to repair it. Pretty impressive response time! I'm not sure how he pulled strings to get someone out on a Friday evening before the 4th of July weekend but he must be able to work magic.

Perfect Place to Stay

It was the perfect place to stay. The kids and even the adults loved the pool. The house has so much space that we never felt like we were on top of each other. There has been some additions to the place from when I originally booked it and those additions were a huge plus (love the pergola). Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The accommodations were perfect for our crew of 9. Plenty of space and rooms for all. The owners thought of every detail. The location is exactly 30 minutes from St. George and 30 minutes to Zion. The property is amazing and the backyard is a perfect oasis of summer fun. After morning hikes, there is nothing better than a relaxing afternoon by the pool and then later in the hot tub. Mix in some pickleball and you have a full day!! I will absolutely stay here again. 10/10. Thank you for being a great host.

Great spot for a week visiting Zion and Bryce!

Our family of 11 had a great 7-day stay in La Verkin. We felt the house was even better than advertised. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, spices, etc., and the outdoor area was amazing. At only 30 minutes to Zion, we took multiple trips to the park and were able to stay out of the midday heat. There's also a nice coffee shop/restaurant/bar just a short walk away. I highly recommend this location!

Zion Magic

Our family of five recently had an amazing 6-night stay at Spencer’s home in La Verkin. The home was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and the perfect base for seeing Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. While our days were spent mostly seeing the wonderful sights of Southern Utah, it was so nice to come back to the house and lay by the pool, and then enjoy a nice dinner in the spacious outdoor living area. Then to cap things off, watch a little tv on the biggest couch I’ve ever seen! We highly recommend this tremendous spot and appreciate Spencer’s hospitality.

*5* Stars all around!-Beautiful, clean property, we loved the pool, hot tub, and pickleball court, and the home was wonderful in every way.-They had every kitchen appliance we needed, everything was well stocked, well thought out, all of our needs were met and more.-Wonderful communication with the host, they responded to our every question, and were always available anytime we needed anything.-Beautiful and perfect location, we were able to get to Zion's quickly and had a great time.-Loved all the little touches, right down to the hot chocolate maker, which we enjoyed each morning. -One of our very favorite places to stay, we can't wait to book there again!
