This is the second unit in this subdivision we have stayed in. We love staying here! The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are perfect for our three-family group. Enough seating and space to hang out. Amenities like the pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts were great! And this unit had plenty of beds for everyone to spread out. Nice that there were tv’s in almost all the bedrooms. Loved the washer/dryer so we could wash soccer uniforms. They had shampoo, conditioner, and soap in each bathroom which was very convenient.The cons: The beds are rock hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. There is a grill, but no spatula or tongs to cook with. There were enough bath towels for our group of 15, but not if we would have had 24 like the listing shows. And not enough pool towels for our group. We shared and were fine.

Our host returned our messages quickly and was very helpful. The only complaint was the homes air conditioning units were VERY noisy throughout the house.

The place was nice and clean except for the invasion of ants in the kitchen. The lock system wouldn't work for us when we first arrived for our stay which was hot and stressful but we were finally able to get access through the garage. The lock system on the front door should be replaced not very user friendly. The beds and the sleep space was great, especially for a large family with kids

Spring Break

Lots of room to sleep! Community pool and hot tub is small and packed all the time. The listing said the condo came with Las Palmas day pass but it didnt. They told me it just had not come in the mail but LasPalmas said there is no pass for this unit. Also the ACs filters were VERY dusty and made squeaking sounds.The ice machine doesn't work so make sure you get ice.

Spring Break Family gathering

The condo was large enough for our whole group. 9 adults and 9 children. When I say large enough I mean sleeping arrangements. The common space is "Much too small" for the rest of the space. The internet is horrible. I was trying to do some work while I was there and was not able to accomplish much. there were 3 different options for the internet, and it would just keep loosing connection from one to another. One of the toilet handles was broken, and we had a clogged drain in the tub on the top level. (which they came and unclogged). All in all it was amenable, my family had a good time. Just be aware of what you are getting. It would have been worth it to us to pay more, and ensure the living space was accommodating for all.

Nice stay

Some bleach stains on the carpet but otherwise very clean. Several initial door codes did not work so we had to call for another one. The pool code was incorrect. All else was great.

Spacious, nice condo

The home was nice and we would definitely stay here again. The grill needs a deep cleaning and we decided not to use it because of this. The door code never worked properly so we ended up taking the garage door opener every time we left the home. Despite these two minor inconveniences, we loved staying here and would do so again.

Would definitly go back

Out was a lot of fun and a beautiful place. My only complaint is that the address didn't work and then our door code didn't work, so getting in was horrible. Once we were in it was awesome!

Perfect Set Up

The location was great for doing our favorite mountain biking trail as a family. The place is a great set up, with three masters on the second level and then two bunk bed rooms on the third level. Pool was great! They left enough garbage bags for our stay and toilet paper. I’ve been shocked at some places that literally give you one garbage bag for your whole stay. They had enough plates, bowls and silverware for as many people it sleeps which was awesome. Each room had its own cooler unit which was pretty slick as well. Communication with the “hosts” or the company they did it through wasn’t the best. But thats what you get when you go through third parties. Overall we’d definitely stay again!

Family place

This is a good clean property. It worked great for our family. We were all together. The only problem we had was with the code to get in. We had to call three times and finally got a code that worked to get in. Other than that it was good.

Great stay with awesome trail location

Our company held our annual retreat this year for the first tiime at a VRBO rather than camping and these homes did not disappoint. We rented unit 19 and 20 to accommodate all of our employees. We mountain biked every day right from the house. GREAT LOCATION. It was so great not having to shuttle 40 people to a trail head. The house was very clean and furnished very nicely. Checking in was a breeze and our codes worked no problem. When I called the first night when we couldn’t find the bedding for the sleeper sofas they called me back promptly and told me where I could find more linens. We will definitely be booking these houses again for our annual retreat.

Online listing looked great - property manager not so great

We reserved, paid and were excited. We then had to call to discover several additional steps to even receive access information. The property is beautiful and relatively clean, however, there are notes posted all over the property how you will be charged for this or that… for instance - “there will be a $25 fee for not brushing the hot grill if you use it.” Yet no grill brush or grill cleaning supplies are provided. There are labels for each cupboard identifying inventory. For instance one cupboard identified “three pots with lids and two skillets.” However, there was one broken pot with lid and a dirty cast iron skillet. From the signs all over the property it seems like everything should be in order yet we were nervous about being charged for each missing item like the signs stated. We alerted the property manager with 24 hours (as apparently required upon arriving at the property) but received no reply. The appliances seemed new and nice, however, we immediately noticed the microwave was 100% inoperable, the fridge froze all food (regardless of how it was packed or controlling temperature) and all dishes had to be washed by hand even though they had been sent through the dishwasher. Plenty of soft beds and space but we were on edge about all the warnings about additional charges when it was not even ideal upon arriving.
