REMODELED IN 2023 - You won't be disappointed. Fantastic St. George Property in a gated community. Two Bedroom / Two Bathroom - 50ft from Semi-Private pool.

Offering a 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool serving only 16 homes.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separated.

The guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace, a walk out patio and a TV. The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.

Great two night stay

This was a great ending point for our trip to southern Utah. Easy access to Snow Canyon, groceries, restaurants. Really easy to find and access. Pool and hot tub right across the street. I would highly recommend.

Nice Getaway

The home was nice and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed for our visit. The location was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in the surrounding area. The property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs/requests.

Great stay overall. Property was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Wifi worked well, plenty of garage space and comfortable beds and clean / plenty of towels etc.Some creature comforts (I.e. no freeze dried coffee) would be appreciated but did not detract from the stayWould definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location and very clean.

This property is very well appointed in a very nice gated community! We were all very happy to be staying here, its very close to grocery shopping, some resteraunts, and even Tuacahn and also easy to get anywhere in St G.

Lovely Condo

Amazing unit and great location

This unit was so clean and felt very updated. Great gated area. I love this area because it doesn't feel as busy as St. George proper. Would definitely stay here again.

Tuacahn Play Stay

This property is really close to the Tuacahn and convenient drive to restaurants, downtown, golf and bike path. Super well kept and hosts were great. Would highly recommend.

Great Staycation

We scheduled our stay online to come down to St George to see Jersey Boys @ Tuacahn. The condo/home was a great location and the accommodations were wonderful. We found the place clean and orderly and very comfortable for two old couples. We enjoyed the pool on one afternoon and had it to ourselves! We will certainly come again if we can beat others to this great get away location.

Nice Place

Place is in a vacation community that has a pool and hot tub.Has a small grocery store just down the road that is awesome. Bike and walking trails are close. There is road noise but it didn't bother us. We will stay again.

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed the villa at Lava Falls. It was roomy with all the furnishing one needed to be comfortable. The layout of the unit was excellent. The only criticism would be the location is very near the road so we were unable to enjoy the lanai.Overall though an enjoyable stay.

Lava Falls Santa Clara

Beautiful property! Very clean and extremely well appointed. There is road noise in the bedrooms at night due the main road just behind the house but it does settle around 11pm or so. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Wonderful stay

We just finished a two week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was clean and the community pool/hot tub was well maintained. Great location- close to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, walking/biking trails and beautiful Snow Canyon SP. There was a bit of road noise, but certainly not too much to disturb sleep. The only negative is the kitchen cookware ( pots, pans, coffee maker, etc.) is in rough shape and needs replacing. We would highly recommend this unit and plan to return.

A Quiet Spring Break

We enjoyed a long weekend at the property around the end of March. Leaving the cold of SLC behind, this property was perfect: a quiet, gated neighborhood; the shortest possible walking distance to the pool; and everything one would need to feel at home, whether you chose to go out for dinner or cook it yourself. We loved the open feel of the whole property, the air flow (love a ceiling fan), and I loved being able to ride my bike right out the front door and up into Snow Canyon and beyond. Being able to bring our frenchie made this the easiest decision as well, and we can't wait to come back for future reprieve from the northern Utah spring snow.

Lava Falls 1

The location was perfect for us, close to a great grocery (Harmon’s) and proximity to Snow Canyon where we hiked every day. We discovered a little Mexican restaurant, Irmita’s Casita, which we loved for its real Mex cuisine, decor, and friendly service. The house kitchen was outfitted well and the only comment I would make is that they should replace all the plastic utensils with metal, given the news about microplastics leaching off when exposed to heat. Overall the house was very comfortable.

Great location

This Lava Falls patio home is in a great location. Convenient to downtown restaurants and Snow Canyon State Park. The gate code provided was incomplete and the home had not been cleaned. The cleaning company manager showed up later that evening and apologized for the mixup. They made the beds and cleaned the bedrooms. After the shaky start we really enjoyed our stay. The nearby heated pool and hot tub was a nice plus.

Amazing location and beautiful

I walked the lava trail, the Desert Arboretum and took a walk down the trail to Harmons. Beautiful environment, peaceful and a great place to meditate and get in touch with nature. I felt like it was my home because I felt safe and comfortable. If I could I would purchase the property. My family felt the same, having dinner every night and taking a nice stroll around the neighborhood. My golden doodle enjoyed it too. Can’t wait to return !! I have wonderful memories of my place.

Favorite St George Spot

We love this development and have stayed here multiple times. This is the first one with this host and it didn’t disappoint. Nicely furnished, clean and the host addressed the couple of small glitches right away. The power went out while we getting ready to leave for Tuacahn and we were wondering how to get out of the private gate. He responded to our text within minutes and luckily the power came on before we needed to find a solution. Great host and great property.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The home and furnishings seemed to have been updated and were nicely done. The beds were very comfortable, and we had most of what we needed. I felt like a few more kitchen items would have been nice- there were no measuring cups, and the pepper was gone so we had to buy some. Also the lounge chair in the living room was extremely wobbly so we didn’t dare sit on it for fear it would break. The location being right across from the pool and hot tub was great! We were glad we didn’t have to cross the busy main road like some of the other homes. However there was quite a bit of noise from being right next to the road that took some getting used to. Overall it was a great location for our stay.
