"Well, the staf seemed inexperienced and one person passed out behind the counter while the other was trying to get a guest out of the stuck elevator, so there's that. The pool was overrun and all access to rooms via anoutside stairs and walkways that needed some maintenance. A bit overrun with convention goers that crowded the underwhelming breakfast bar"
