"From checking in to checking out the stay was Great! Clean rooms, bathroom clean not a stain , anywhere, towels bright fresh and smelled good, bed comfy linen clean and fresh. "The Drury Plaza was a pleasant surprise. It was our first time staying at a Drury property and we found it to be a much better and more comfortable option from other similar chain properties at the price level. The Cincinnati Florence facility was clean with ample parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Amenities such as complimentary and substantial evening snacks and microwaves in the room were much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower design and water pressure were great. The room was tidy, but there were popcorn kernels on the carpet when we walked in, probably from previous hotel guests enjoying the complimentary popcorn available in the lobby. We were traveling with our dog and we found the room size to be comfortable for two adults and our dog and her bedding placed on the floor. We were able to walk our dog on grassy areas around the property and there aresidewalks nearby but you are navigating parking lots and busy streets. All in all, a well-run, clean, and convenient property that provided us just what we needed - a good night's rest on a long journey home. Would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back in this direction and would recommend this property."

"I enjoyed staying here. It is a bit pricey for the parking situation and lack of control over the air conditioner. However, the host was amazing at solving our concerns and addressing our needs in a timely manner. The smart TV was a little slow and lacking but overall a very nice stay."

"The whole house was spotless, and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had plenty utensils, dishes and cutlery to use. The location was in a very quiet residential community and very close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! The hostess was very friendly as well! Also, No smoking allowed and no pets allowed, which is a must for me!It is close to the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter!"
